Glad to purchase extended warranty because there is no alternative
I'm hoping purchase of the HP care pack will help me avoid the problem experienced with my last HP VR headset-the total absence of non warranty repair. I was referred to an Asurian service center that would not repair the unit and were reluctant to even look at it.
