That one wasn’t even halfway used and I couldn’t take it any longer. Had to replace. Must be a common issue with this cartridge.

In less than a year, it gave me a few hundred copies, and then cost me more than half the price of the new computer just to replace the cartridges. I now have only their advertising claim to say if i will get what i paid for. Hp was the last place i looked because they were the most expensive...but the only place that had them quickly available. It remains to be seen if their claims hold up, or i just go back to ink jet

Probably next time I will get a new printer instead. Seems like a big waste but... Anyway, the cartridges are easy to install and provide beautiful color. I did appreciate the recycling opportunity with the free UPS return label as well.
