When I got them, the boxes all look the same -- and I don't buy toner very often -- only when needed for home use. I opened one and thought it looked different, but maybe they had been updated. But it didn't fit -- of course. So I repackaged it and asked to be able to exchange both -- the opened and unopened or get a refund. But I was not allowed to return the opened item. So I am simply stuck with it and the $60+ deficit from my bank account. Essentially, thanks for nothing!

The colors are rarely true to the original There doesn’t seem to be an adjustment for a scan done outside vs one doing inside a building where the light source is white different.

this toner was installed but only gave us black lines on the printed paper, no other color printed. is it possible to send it back for a refund or credit?

Hello. Thanks for your question. The HP 206A Black Original LaserJet Toner Cartridge (W2110A) is not compatible with the HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw printer. The HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw printer uses the HP 201A or 201X toner cartridges.
