Product Excellent, Recycling Not So Much
I’ve always had HP printers and used their ink and toner. I will not buy anything else. Recycling used to be easy when a self-addressed recycling envelope was included with your purchase. Sometime ago this changed and now I have a stock pile of used toner cartridges.

I bought an ink cartridge for my printer, and I was able to choose free one day shipping. It arrived on time, and it was easy to replace my new one. The new cartridge included a label to return the old cartridge which I think is great. I am glad HP recycles :)

Printer Cartridges for HP Laser Jet Mfw177
Last month, I purchased toner cartridge directly from HP. Although the price point was higher than other suppliers, I am happy I made the purchase! The order came within two days, the color cartirdges were clearly marked, and the quality of the pages are vibrant and smudge free. Also, the instructions and labels to made returning used cartridges easy.
I have order from third party vendors in the past and the delivery time was two weeks. Additionally, the print quality was faded, and the cartridges were not marked so it was a guessing game to figure out which toner was cyan, magenta, etc...
Very happy with my purchase!

Great ink cartridge
I bought this product as it is the recommended one for my printer. This is my second cartridge and I’m very satisfied with this product. Reason why: They last for a long time, their good quality and their easy to install. Another advantage is that they come with prepaid postage for recycling and this is a big plus for people like me that are concern for the environment. Feel good about the product and the HP company!

HP Toner Cartridge, easy to purchase and install
Using the HP software it was easy to order the black cartridge that I needed. The price was in line with any other location. The cartridge arrived promptly and was easy to install. HP also provided a means to send the used cartridge back. Don't know why anyone would choose any other method.
