It's nice that a prepaid shipping label is included so you can reuse the packaging to recycle your used cartridge. With what you pay, that's the least they could do.

For the price of a set of 4 toners you could almost buy a new printer with toners in it ! I will be VERY surprised if HP come back to me with any sort of cogent explanation

However i would like to see them reach a 2000 printed sheet threshold, the approximate sheet count of 1250-1500 increases the cost per sheet and I purposely bought a laser jet so that I could reduce my printing costs.
