Still Runs Hot!
The 65W charger that came with the laptop would reach 135 degrees F. I ordered the 110W version thinking that it might just idle along rather than full throttle. This one still runs upwards of 120 degrees F.

Overly stiff cable makes it hard to handle
Although the cable winds around the charger for easy storage, the stiffness of the cable makes it hard to wind and unwind. It also means that the cable does not lie flat. It would be better to have the cable more flexible.

Can this be used to charge an HP Victus 16-r0073cl 7N4X6UA? If yes, can the laptop be running, or will it only charge if the laptop is off?
Thank you for your question regarding the Victus 16-r0073cl. The charger for that unit is the N22367-001. While it can use USB-C to charge, that is less than half the standard watts since that unit normally requires 230w.
