Not an easy process or great follow-up action.
I had issues getting the purchase to process because HP was not recognizing my computer. After several days of attempting to purchase, it finally recognized the purchase of the extended warranty. However, it has not updated within my HP account on the computer as having renewed an extended warranty and is still showing that it is not under warranty.
