HP Omnibook
I just upgraded from HP spectre x360 to Omnibook Ultra 14". Laptop is good but it's a shame it does not come with Laptop sleeve and USB C to USB A or HDMI adapter considering its price. Lot of accessories I use still have USB A and HDMI connections.

Happy Customer
For a process that I do once every 6-7 years it was incredibly easy to set up the computer. The process was very intuitive. The speed of the computer as well as the support HP offers has made the setup of this computer a great deal easier than I expected.

I would return this if I still could
I spent MONTHs reading researching before making this purchase; unfortunately, that didn't save me from regretting the decision. Here are the problems I'm experiencing with this laptop after one month of receiving it:
* the single biggest issue is that the cursor keeps independently and randomly jumping "up" in whatever document, browser window I happen to be in, forcing me to stop what I'm doing to scroll back to the point where I'm working or reading. This sometimes happens multiple times in a matter of minutes, sometimes less frequently. It's extremely frustrating.
* perhaps related, windows scroll haltingly at first, only moving smoothly after the first one or two attempts. Yes, I am using the built-in touchpad.
* the browser sometimes loads very slowly or incompletely. You know the janky web page you see when the page only half-loads? You end up with a lot of text and none or only some of the graphics. My internet connection is stable. There is something going on with the computer itself.
* the computer sometimes takes a good 10-15 seconds to recognize an external drive when I plug it in to one of the USB-C ports.
* the Windows Phone Link program is only partially functional. For example, I don't receive notifications on the laptop when a text or other message comes on my phone. Yes, the settings are set up appropriately.
* I cannot remap the Copilot key back to serve as a right Control key. I tried using Windows Power Toys to remap the key, but only managed to disable the Copilot function. Now the key simply doesn't do anything (which is an improvement to having Copilot jump up every time I mistakenly pressed to Ctrl/Arrow quickly through a Word document. I followed the instructions to remap the key, but see online that not every computer (not just HPs) responds completely to the remapping.
In short - lots of apparent hardware/software compatibility issues that should not exist with a brand new device. Sadly, I regret this purchase. I would return it, but unfortunately am stationed overseas and had to use a forwarding service for the delivery because HP doesn't deliver direct to APO addresses. Consequently, I lost half of my 30 day window for returns just waiting to actually receive the product and am now outside the window. I will ask HP Customer Service for an exception to their return policy. Fingers crossed...

Very well made with lots of great features.
Far exceeded my expectation. Extremely happy with my purchase.
Pros:
-Build Quality
-Processor (256v) and the speed of the RAM
-OLED Screen, high resolution
-Keyboard - so easy to type on, doesn't feel cheap
-Haptic Touchpad (absolutely love this)
-Orange LEDs for the mic mute and speaker mute keys, charging indicators look great against the blue color
-Weight
Cons:
-The "BACKSPACE" button backlighting is only half-baked, maybe 2/3 of how bright it should be.
-No USB A port, but I can work with that
Overall, great job to HP!
Hope no issues, just like my 2016 Spectre 13t, which is in its 9th year and still going.

Great laptop at a good price.
A great laptop. I got it on sale, so a good price. Keyboard is awesome, even though it has less travel than some, my accuracy is much better than my Lenovo Yoga. Screen is bright and clear. It's fast enough and has good battery life. Much faster than my previous 11th gen laptop. The SSD is a Samsung and super fast. Two things I would change are adding a USB A port and putting the delete key in the corner instead of to the left of the power button. I knew both these items existed before I bought it and have no buyers remorse and still think it's a 5 star laptop. No laptop is perfect.

Overall good laptop but beware of quality control issues
Overall, I'm happy with HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14", given its OLED screen, tactile keyboard, long battery life, and adequate performance as a thin and light laptop. However, there are a few things about this laptop I'd like HP to improve. I bought this laptop on sale but its original retail price is a bit hefty for the average consumer. Also, I waited for a long time to receive the laptop because HP didn't have the actual stock when it went on sale for Black Friday, and perhaps for the same reason its construction feels a little rushed: e.g., when I press the bottom part of the screen lid, it makes a slight squeaky sound, which for a premium laptop should not have occurred. My partner got the same laptop (though 16 gigs of RAM as supposed to 32 gigs) a month later from Bestbuy which did not have the same issue. I would recommend that HP improve the quality control of their products, which should be as good as they can get for the money we pay. Also, since HP is one of the few OEMs that still makes 2-in-1 laptops, I wish HP could launch a trade-in programme like Apple so that customers can upgrade their laptops when new models come out. For anyone else interested in purchasing this laptop, as long as your computing needs do not involve any software engineering or heavy video editing, for web browsing and general productivity, the Intel Lunar Lake processor (Ultra Series 2) in this laptop will suffice. More importantly, because Lunar Lake processors are limited to a 30-wattage power consumption, the battery life on this laptop is excellent, roughly on par with that of a M3 MacBook Air. Also, Lunar Lake processors have the latest Intel integrated graphics which is a lot more powerful than Intel's Ultra One series processors, this laptop can play most games on a medium setting and still get excellent frame rates.

Nice day to day laptop!
This laptop checks all my list! 1. It is light weight, similar weight to my iPad prod with keyboard so no complain here. 2. It is better than iPad because it runs windows and I can play some old games like Heroes of Might and Magic III! 3. I have all my devices in USB-C so I really like the design that cuts USB-A ports of this laptop! 4. The flip mode allows me to read books or PDFs! I use it everyday and I am thinking about selling my iPad!
Few improvements I suggest: 1. The sound quality from buildin speaker needs to improve, it is not as clear as any of my Apple devices. 2. No software to limit the charging limit to 80% ( I set so to all my devices to enhance battery life); 3. The screen rotation seems buggy: very occasionally I open the lot with the desktop still upside down.
In general I like it and I use it everyday!

Good product, bad defaults
Compact, light, great keyboard, great display, fast, set up was easy, in fact there were only three things I did not like. One was that it only allows one person's facial recognition to log in that I know of, 2 was that two of the USB drives are located in places that don't allow attachment of normal size flash drives, and the other one is more of a general dislike of newer technology encouraging saving things to the cloud. When I left clicked the cloud in an attempt to disable it, naturally it started uploading all of my documents and pictures. I googled how to remedy the situation and was able to remove them from my Microsoft account and then I right clicked the cloud icon on my taskbar to unsync it from my Microsoft account and finally I actually uninstalled the software for it. I'm also trying office 365 for the first time and had to go in and change the default save location from OneDrive to a local location of my choice. Otherwise I would have given it five stars.

Excellent 2-in-1
I no longer consider myself a power user, but I do have high demands of the MS Office Suite apps. I've found the performance of the HP OmniBook Ultra Flip excellent, as well as the screen, keyboard, and trackpad. The pen is adequate for my needs but probably not precise enough for creators. I've had no compatibility issues. I've enjoyed using this lightweight 2-in-1.

Good but proceed with caution for a now
This is a great machine. There are issues with the Bluetooth stack but there are solutions posted on the web, the easiest of which is disabling the device manager ability to control Bluetooth power. The biggest concern though is the fact that Intel under its recently ousted leadership indicated the Lunar Lake chip on this device is one and done. For that reason alone it makes sense to wait till at least mid 2025 before picking one up, to see what direction the new CEO of Intel will do, and see what MS does with the next SurfaceP (if they use this same chip, its probably a safe bet), or to perhaps go with an AMD chip device (avoid ARM chip devices for a few years, at least, bc of the lack of peripheral support and oft questionable software emulation).

Great laptop, lots of bloatware.
The laptop itself is quite excellent. The prepackaged software is unfortunate, requiring a reinstall of a base copy of windows.

Almost perfect..
This laptop checks almost every box for me. Only thing holding it back from five stars is that the screen doesn’t look as good as the cheaper Lenovo Slim 7x it is replacing. For some reason it has a gray tint which kind of defeats the purpose of OLED. Not sure if it’s faulty or the result of some kind of anti-glare coating.
Pros
- design & build quality
- great keyboard
- haptic touchpad
- Windows Hello login
- solid battery life
- light/moderate gaming capable
- 120 Hz touchscreen OLED
Cons
- OLED screen is very gray. Don’t get deep blacks expected of OLED
- encountered a bios/firmware issue that resolved itself and hasn’t shown up again.
