Great unit But . . .
Great unit except I can't get Dual USB-A 3.2 Gen1 adapter accessory because no one has one!!!

Common sense is lacking
Problems with connecting external cameras, tech support tried but was not able to resolve satisfactory, rear ports are low capacity which contributed to camera challenges, ports capacity and location is not practical

look before you buy
I had problems trying to get this computer up and running first-no explanation of the key board tried everything to unlock the key board had to pay someone to come and help me and they couldn't do it poor instruction all around them I call Your Tech support and they said they couldn't help me and on top of that someone in the back round i heard how stupid can they be can't get it to work. I have never been so embarrassed and then they hung up. so now i'am out of the money i spent Oh i wanted to ship it back and I was told I can't once the box is open and hook up warrenty expired THANK YOU for taking my money and I though HP was a good company years ago I had bough a HP media center computer with windows XP for my son and still works today but I figure I upgrade and get a new one I guess throw the years you cheapen your products and limit proper information and diagrams

Faulty right out of the box
The computer would not work with the mouse or the keyboard right out of the box and the tech help was a pain. The return process was way harder than it should have been but eventually got a full refund.
