Not so great this time
Having issues with this PC. All prior HP PC's have been dependable workhorses. This one has been nothing but glitches from the beginning. It will shut down unexpectedly every time I am in the middle of what I am doing. and the Keyboard and Mouse will work at first then stop working. Very frustrating.

Not too happy.
Not impressed with this. Don’t like how high the screen is, tried adjusting it lower doesn’t work. My Wi-Fi worked in the room before but now I need an extender because the Wi-Fi is not sufficient. If I could get it to work I would be much happier. As of now it is just sitting there taking up space, never had issues before with HP. Spent a lot of money for a dust collector. Djesl

My omniStudio X
I opted to buy this model because of it's features. Love the speed with which it loads any of the programs I used. It replaced a 6 year old HP. I have always liked HP PCs. No major issues with them!

poor design
the stand and computer were poorly designed. the computer did not secure to the stand and when I attempted to pug the internet in the computer part fell off and broke. not happy and now I am charged $425. to get it fixed. and it won't be fixed until May. not happy. so, I can't tell you how it works because I don't have it. you do.

Easy set up with HP, not a fan of Windows and need to link to microsoft account to set up. Keyboard has soft flatter keys, if that's your preference.

Sweet and Sour
So far, this is an amazing All-In-One computer. Easy set-up, clean sleek design, and very capable. Unfortunate, that my, lightly used, HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-In-One just decided to, randomly, quit on me. "Printer Failure" is not the error message you want to see. My new computer and its fellow printer would've been so good together.

DISPLAY DID NOT WORK OUT OF THE BOX - VERY DISSATISFIED WITH HP'S SOLUTION
Display did not work out of the box. Instead of replacing the BRAND NEW computer, HP made me send it in for repair. Now I will have a refurbished computer, not a new one. NO discount offered. Spent MANY hours (at least 6 or 7) with customer assist trying to fix it remotely. Then they sent me a box to ship it to a repair center. It took a week for it to get to them. Now waiting for it to be "fixed" and sent back. I stuck with HP because my previous All-In-One has been fabulous. Not one problem with it in 9 years! Very, very disappointed in HP this time.

Stability
The computer was great until my cat brushed against it and knocked the screen from the pole connection. This shouldn’t have happened. Very poor connection and stability. I had to send it back to HP for costly repairs. I still don’t have it back.

Lack of response from HP
On November 16th I paid over $1500 for HP Desktop. It arrived on time but was lacking the software to transfer information to the new desktop. I have sent multiple emails to HP to provide me the downward link but no response.

Returned first computer, the second one worked!
This was the second Computer I received, and it was received in working order. Unfortunately, the first one I received did not even work out of the box, but gave me a beeping Signal only, and therefore had to be returned. This one did work correctly, and I set it up and I am satisfied with it. The computer that I did order was a customized Computer and was built in another country.

Ordered from the HP store but it never arrived. After a long wait, I finally got my refund. Had I known the order was coming from overseas, I never would have ordered it. Eventually, bought a new HP All-in-One computer from a Best Buy.

Arm, screen attachment problem
On the fourth day I was putting a flash drive in the back of the screen (I had already done this several times) and the screen came off the arm and crashed onto the keyboard. The computer would not work and a return was initiated. That was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for HP to inspect and send a new model.

Its a good computer..
I did not want a new computer but Microsoft forced me to buy one as they would no longer support my 2015 model which worked perfectly. This one is very fast. Screen is nice & clear. Mouse is comfortable. Keyboard has a nice soft touch, a far cry from the old typewriters in the 1960s/1970s.

Chintzy peripherals
The computer itself is very nice. Fast, powerful. The mouse and keyboard included in the package are chintzy. HP should charge $10 more and include nicer peripherals. Buyers probably already have a keyboard and mouse they like, so just plan on using those.

I have NOT received the replacement for the defective PC I returned to HP (HP received the defective PC on September 11, 2025) which I paid for on September 2, 2025.
And HP is not honoring my request for a refund for failure to complete the order.

Best Computer Ever
I decided to order my HP OmniStudio X All-in-One Desktop Computer with as many upgrades a I could put on it to create a machine that was faster with increased memory touch screen ability and several additions designed just for me. To date this machine has preformed better than any computer I have owned.

Good Product - Setup Instructions Nonexistent.
The product is excellent but the set-up was a frustrating figure-it-put-on-your-own experience. Thanks to Google, I did finally succeed. The face recognition system could use a lot of work since it only functions once it four or five sign-ins.

Poor Product/No Customer Support
PC is very top heavy. When I was putting the PC/monitor on the stand the locking clip did NOT hold the screen. This caused the screen to dismount from the stand and land on my office floor. The PC/monitor is now garbage, I had it less than 24hrs. We have sent HP emails, called multiple times and heard nothing back - absolute horrible customer service/support. I would not recommend this product or HP it self!

Good PC, ZERO after-sale "service"
Great PC, especially for the price. Good, easy to use. The keyboard is a little sensitive, takes getting used to. I'd give it nearly 5 stars.
I've had 4 HP PCs, 2 printers and laptops. 2 weeks after getting this PC, I called for a little help in setting it up. Contacting someone in HP customer "service" is laborious and pointless. "Help" on the HP website has NEVER helped me with basic assistance, never, ever, 0% in 5 years. Fortunately friends can help. Sad their "support" is not.
That said, for basic surfing, spreadsheets, Quicken etc., it does work well, IF you know how to fix things yourself.

Set up
I really like the slick appearance of the unit. The set up was pretty smooth. one suggestion is to have a better set up paper or QR code to scan for the physical set up of the components. I did not get a card or picture and had to go to You Tube for a video on how to attached the base to the pole to the monitor. From there transferring my files was a long process even after purging files before the transfer. Al and all a nice system, hopefully my last since I am 74 years old.

Excellent replacement for my Surface Studio
My first generation Microsoft Studio could not be updated to Windows 11 since the processor did not meet the requirements. To my dismay, Microsoft discontinued the model, which was otherwise perfect for my photo and video editing hobbies. Whe updated to the 4K monitorn this HP has filled it's shies remarkably well. Being a 9 year newer model is, of course, a superb plus since all editing processes, not to mention all other functions, feel like they are on warp speed now. The monitor is on par with the Surface Studio which was of ground breaking quality 9 years ago.

I can't think of anything to complain about. The product was expertly packaged and setup was quick and easy. The Ultra 7 Intel chip makes this thing super fast. There's no long wait time after turning it on. I love the pop-up web cam. This is a well thought-out design that was executed perfectly. Good job, HP!

Horrible experience of transferring old HP PC to new HP PC
Transfer from old HP to new HP computer of photo folders was horrible. Had pictures in specific files and they came over as thousand of individual photos. A mess! Your company should buy iPhones to learn how easy the experience of transferring everything is.
That being said PC is fine

It does it's supposed to do. Set up was nearly automatic as most of what I do is held in various parts of the Cloud. I do wish that I had some control over the height of this big beautiful screen. It's high enough that I get a crick in my neck pretty quickly when I look at the top of the screen.

The setup took 5 minutes and everything on my previous computer somehow was automatically transferred to the new computer I really like the hardware the screen is large and sharp I really am happy with the purchase and highly recommend this computer. I should say that I got it for a great price and the difference was significant so think about waiting for a discount
