Rated 2 out of 5 by Rebecca F in NC from Disappointed Disappointed in no Touchscreen. I was specifically shopping for that feature but somehow ended up with a different model in my cart. When I noticed after setting it up, I went to trade it in and saw the price of touch screen is twice what I paid. Very disappointing I've always been an HP shop and the desktop I'm replacing and two of my laptops have touch screen. It's ridiculous that I'm going backwards for this price in this day and age.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from The Platform Locks/Freezes Up The HP OmniStudio 238 AIO DT freezes up intermittently. I have to unplug the platform to get it to restart. The problem occurs 3 to 5 times per week. HP techs have updated the firmware and reloaded Windows 11 but the problems remains. I hosted 2 zoom meetings that was dropped. The techs are still working on the problem.

Rated 2 out of 5 by gwjones from Omni OK/Printer Bad I just purchased a new Desktop plus a 8130 printer together from HP Sales Dept.. Omni is working fine so far, However, I am having ALL types of issues with the 8130 jet printer. 1) all 4 ink catridridges were shipped with flaws ( had to wait multiple days for 2nd batch. 2) Print quality was poor. 3) Scan feature in the menu window DID NOT work at all! After cntacting customer support, they were little to No help. Now my new 8130 printer is Totally INOPERABLE. Do I get a refund or can someone correct this. Please help.

Adjustable height stand is what I wanted but it won’t latch properly into the all-in-one. Two hours on the phone with 4 different HP support reps to no avail. Very frustrating.
