Not worthy laptop
The screen freezes and makes strange sounds while I’m playing YouTube videos. I started experiencing this issue on the third day after purchasing the laptop.i don't recommend to buy this laptop at all

It's unacceptable that a high-end computer like this doesn't include an optic pen. I'm a research professor and I need the pen for my classes.
What's worse is that I assembled this laptop with the help of an HP technician, and he recommended I buy that type of pen which, in the end, turned out to be useless. I never received an apology, a refund, or any compensation for the terrible advice from HP staff.
This is the third generation of HP computers I've used; the previous two were HP Spectre 14" models, and I never had any problems. Unfortunately, my loyalty to the brand didn't yield the results I expected.
