Very POOR Warantee Service
Never buying from HP again. Replacement part promised in 48 hours took 3 WEEKS to get. leaving my newly purchased laptop to lay dead an collect dust because it wouldn't function without the replacement part!!!

I love my new laptop as it is such an improvement over my old one. Much faster and a larger screen. The only downside is that when I tap the mouse area it doesn't always take and I have to tap it again. Is that normal?

Disappointed that the keyboard is not backlit. The screen sharpness is poor. I hate how the mouse pad is unresponsive. I have owned 6 different HP computers; this will be the last one. I'll try Dell for my next one. On the other hand, transfer and setup were simple.
