I Like The Laptop But Use A Remote Mouse
I like the laptop, excep the key board mouse brings up open in anither tab and other options rather then submitting as entered

JUST AS FUNCTIONAL AS MY OLD LAPTOP
I like this HP laptop very much. It is definitely faster than my old Toshiba Satellite laptop. I have all the same connection ports (USB and HDMI) as my old laptop, so the replacement setup on my desk was very easy. I have been very happy with the MS OS-11, and I have installed MS-365 which I had on my old computer. IT was a very easy transition because all my documents and photos were on the One Drive cloud space. My other apps installed very easy. One new feature of this laptop is that it has a fingerprint reader which is great for using Secure-Key to access my machine, and lock it when not in use. Although I never travel with this laptop, it's a nice feature to have. Last comment is that this is a much faster computer than my old laptop, so I'm very happy with it.

PROBLEM WITH 15-FD2077NR S/N 1H85402CPK
I purchased this because it had lighted keyboard,wanted faster response.I have a 2 year old HP laptop with AMD that is much faster.This laptop is slow and drops internet when warmed up.I put a fan board under it and it helped but not much.
