Warranty? No thanks
Delivered and very slow when first using. I contacted HP and was going to return the laptop. Then I had some tech support and it was working better.
My beef is with the 3 year tech support warranty that I would like to have refunded. Other than that I'm happy now with this laptop. If you can refund the 3 years I paid for in advance, I'd REALLY be a happy camper if that were the case

The HP 14" Laptop is an adequate computer. Not much storage ( got a 500 gb external drive) which solved the problem. It is light weight, the graphics are good. What was really upsetting is the fact that PC App Store was on the computer and would not allow me to set up or anything unless I subscribed. For $20. When I downloaded it, it REALLY MESSED UP THE COMPUTER. IT RAN SUPER SLOW. It installed numerous Malware. It cost me $80 to have the PC Appstore removed and computer cleaned.

Dont buy this. I wasted my $$$$.
What a waste of money. Takes forever to boot, keeps on locking up. Cant even open an email without problems. I switched from a Mac cause of price, ill be saving my money and buying another Mac. By the way, my 5 year old tablet works much better than this HP laptop.

Very Disappointed
My laptop does not work, it will not turn on. I have contacted HP with no resolve. I have taken it to 2 places and they said it was no good. I want a new laptop or at least a refund, but HP is not cooperating with me.
