1. Wolf security is not something I desired nor that I trust.
2. I utilized HP's interactive model selection process. I am not satisfied with the results.
3. Long time HP user. This purchase hurt HP's reputation.
4. The terms and conditions attached were not used by your own firm during the representation of this product.

Incredibly Disappointed
This may be one of the worst computers I have ever purchased. It is constantly freezing and crashing. I also will have issues with trying to wake it up from sleeping. Most times clicking the mouse or hitting a key will wake it up. However, around once every 10 times I try to wake it up the same way, it won't. Then I have to hard restart it and lose my progress on projects.

HP EliteDesk 8 Mini is a poor product.
Poor product. Crashed twice in the first week. HP had to send a usb stick to reformat the machine. Horrible product. I would NOT recommend.

My experience with the HP Sales Department
I was never very good at purchasing computers. My last computer was a gaming computer that overheated and fried itself after just 3-1/2 years of service. The HP website asked me if I wanted to buy a computer for business or personal use. I said personal use. All of the computers I was shown were quite expensive, so I asked Hp to put me in touch with a live salesperson. The experience was excellent. I expressed my frustration at the cost of computers that, in my experience, were not reliable. The salesperson asked me questions about my needs and soon recommended a business computer that was economical, loaded web pages very fast, did everything I asked of a computer, and satisfied my number one concern, reliability. It was an HP Elite Desk 8 Mini G1i DT Wolf. I was sold at this point, but the salesperson mentioned a few extra things. It comes with a 3-year warranty but for a one-time payment of $41 they would extend the warranty to 4 years and provide in-home service and repair at no extra charge during the warranty period. It is a small but mighty computer and has functioned perfectly. I don't miss the big box with the flashy lights at all.

The elitedesk mini
The brand new machine needs a new motherboard. I haven't been able to use it since it was purchased on the 8th of April. Waiting on parts which are on backorder.

High performance and stay silent
I bought the HP EliteDesk 800 Mini for my office server to create a suitable environment for remote access. I was initially skeptical about its efficiency and whether it could run quietly next to me. However, its performance is surprisingly powerful given its size, and it has proven to be incredibly reliable. I haven't turned it off for more than a month, and it operates quite silently! I would recommend it, and I might consider purchasing more.

Slow machine with very little room to upgrade. Considerably slower than the i5 machine it replaced and the new machine is a Core 7 Ultra with twice the ram.

If only HP support was better
The Desktop was great, setup was easy and its performance is very good. Two problems, the first is that it was advertised as coming with a three-year warranty. Set it up and found that according to HP, it only had a one-year warranty. First attempt at customer service I was told to call a different number. That number resulted in "that's not our problem; you need to contact via email and entity called SRG. Sent an email to SRG, I did receive a response fairly fast, in very poor English, that it was referred to another entity. After one week of not getting a response, I tried again. This time I got an OOO message which I presume to mean "Out of Office." Another week and I tried again, only to receive your concern is of high priority and we will get back to you when we have an answer. Another week and still no answer. This shouldn't have been difficult; I provided the original offer which clearly said three years. Now I'm aggravated and writing a poor review for a good product. The second problem is that keyboard that came with the system doesn't respond to every spacebar and it duplicates some keys. I haven't yet to get that resolved, but I hope it goes better than the warranty issue

First mini computer
New mini desktop is working great and the small size saves a ton of space on my desk. The windows 11 is a vast improvement over my old windows 11. Still takes some getting used to format changes and layout, but old habits die hard. I find it unusual that this purchase came with a wired keyboard/mouse. That is so far past for a system like this. I expected wireless, but luckily I already had a set that I use with the new computer. It does have limited USB ports due to size of the computer so I did have to purchase a couple of expansion ports. With wireless Keyboard/mouse, wireless antenna and dual monitors all my ports would be have used up leaving no open ones for other use.

Bumpy Start, Terrific Finish
This is my 2nd one. Had issues with the 1st purchase. Had to return it. HP made me whole and quickly. No questions asked. Getting to the right Help Desk took a bit of a battle and waiting and dealing with AI prompts but I was made whole- worth the pain going thru that. I was treated well, the Help Desk even called me and returned my calls to ensure the 2nd PC was working as it should. The PC is nice, fast and boots up fast. Worth the price. Worth buying direct from HP as I did.
