Quality and durability
Laptop is solid and appears durable. I like the slim form factor but that doesn’t take away from the sturdiness.
The only issue I have is the touchpad. It is nice and large but when you place your hand on the keyboard to type you will invariably touch it with your wrist or heel of your hand and then it moves the cursor from where you want to type.

Great Laptop
I've had a few different brands of laptops both personal and for work. HP has been the best out of all brands I've purchased. So far I haven't had any problems. I hope it stays that way.

Microsoft cloud
Give people the choice to upload to Microsoft cloud. The minute I transferred files from my other computer off a flash drive. Microsoft cloud started syncing the files and I lost pictures that are irreplaceable.

Great Laptop - On the go worker
