So far I've not needed this service. We will see what happens in the future. But until then, could be an expensive nothing or a life saver, just don't know

A must have if you are not a computer tech!
I feel much Safer having the extended support of HP in the case of running into any issues with my computer. They can help keep your computer running fast & show you some basic things to help you do it on your own. Highly reoccomend!
