Good buy
I'm not doing any gaming, I just wanted a good price on a fast laptop. This has good clock speeds, caches and a fast connection to its memory. That's what it takes. It's quick.

Very Solid
The Victus has better specs than my desktop and cost much less. I’ve only had it for about a month, it runs perfectly, it’s very quiet, and is capable of handling simple 3D modeling smoothly. Also, it looks much more sleek than other chunky gaming laptops that stick out like a sore thumb.

I was having an issue with the touchpad, and the hardware expert said it is probably the ball inside the touchpad that is sticking. I challenged him, but he would not change his opinion.

Quiet, lowkey and powerful
It´s super light, run games well. I´m having difficulty buying the right type of ram for this laptop because the website says it´s a certain type, but I can't find it anywhere to buy. Aside from that, I've been loving the experience

Thank you for your question, the 15z-fb200 has two display options. Default configuration is. 15.6" diagonal, FHD (1920 x 1080), IPS, micro-edge, anti-glare, 300 nits. The second options is 15.6" diagonal, FHD (1920 x 1080), 144 Hz, IPS, micro-edge, anti-glare, 300 nits. You can choose which option under customize and buy.

Do these Victus 15 models have an open storage slot, either M.2 or 2.5"? Or is the only way to upgrade storage to replace the existing M.2 drive with a larger capacity drive? Many modern games are in the 100-150GB range, 512GB is not enough.
Thank you for your question! The Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb0747nr does not feature an extra expansion slot for a second M.2 or 2.5" hard drive. The existing m.2 SSD can be upgraded. HP recommends upgrades be performed by IT professionals or self-maintainers only.
