Great Product. Service... well not so.
Excellent product. Exactly as described. Except it had the wrong version of Microsoft Office. Did not want 365. Two weeks of trying to get it straight. Was told to call Text Support. Several times daily "High Call Volumes Call Back" Click. Have given up. This is the last HP ever. Have been buying HP exclusively for 30 years.

I recommend the Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop TG02-2000t. Great starter gaming computer.
It's fast and is working out great for me. I use it all day everyday. No issues at all. My nephew uses it for his gaming and he says it works for him.

Diving back into gaming head first
It's been quite a long time since I've had a desktop computer. My last one was an all-in-one. I didn't pay much attention when I bought it to the graphics and RAM capabilities. I wasn't able to play my favorite games on it :( I really missed them :D So looked into a gaming PC. With some help from your chat people and some friends, I chose this one. OMG, I'm blown away by it! Everything is SO FAST! So vibrant! I've even been able to play those older games I loved most!! Very happy with this gaming desktop.

Not a guru!
I haven't had this computer very long. But as of now, I wish I can easly configure Windows 11. I like the classic style; easier to navigate for us old guys. I guess that's a learning skill I'll have to invest in.
Since this is a family use computer in our living room. Where all can see what's going on. I guess it's alright. I should add I don't trust other computer brands. With that, I am satisfied. Thank-you.

Windows 11 in HP trying to run Oracle Virtualbox
They need 4 slots for RAM since going from the original 16GB you have to buy two 16GB to change it to 32GB which is the least this should have and when you do that you are removing the 2 new 8GB ram and nothing to use them for........and as far as Windows 11 and this pc it refuses to allow you to run Oracle Virtualbox no matter what you do from Bios to security and sever clean installs of VB.....and I have 20 years experience running Oracle Virtualbox (and I know all of the Windows settings and turned the other versions of VB off)........I also have a new laptop from HP with 28 threads and 32GB ram and it also will not run Oracle Virtualbox......but no problem doing that with Windows 10 version and they are all HP also.

does this computer have at least 8 GB memory, 7200 RPM drive with 600 MB free space, 512 MB graphics support?
Thank you for your interest in the Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop TG02-1000. The current configuration does have 8GB of RAM, uses a NVMe M.2 that is faster than the 7200 RPM HDD and does have more than 600 MB of free space, and has 6GB of RAM on the dedicated graphics with more than 512MB graphics support. You can use the Customize and Buy option to add more RAM, storage, and to swap out the GPU with higher GPU options.

Hello. Thanks for your question. If you choose to go with the configuration that has the Intel Arc A380 Graphics (6 GB GDDR6 dedicated), there is 1 HDMI port and 1 VGA port. If you want 2 monitors, you would need 1 monitor with a VGA port and 1 monitor with a HDMI port.
If you choose a different graphics card, you may have different video ports.

The specs say that the HDMI port is 1.4b. Another description says HDMI port is 2.1. If it is 2.1, then it should output 4k @120hz but the description says maximum output is 4k @ 60hz. What version is this port and what are the specs? Thanks
