What a fantastic mchine. Love that I was able to customize this configuration so much. It runs ARC raiders buttery smooth at high settings in 4k with the Intel core i7 so that's great! Very happy with my purchase

Great product, terrible customer service.
Great computer, terrible customer service. So many errors and time wasted buying this...didn't arrive as promised before Christmas, shipped to the completely wrong address with no recourse (cost me $400 to reship it) and literally spent 40 hours in total hold time in the month of December trying to get this computer in time for my son for the holiday. Their only solution...was to offer my a MUCH lesser computer for the same price. They made so many promises they broke, it was shameful.

This is my second HP gaming workstation purchase in the past three years, and both were easy to set up, fast, and reliable. I’d definitely buy another and highly recommend one to anyone looking for a solid, high-performing gaming PC.

since using the same case, the answer would be a yes. but are the ports the same as the non prebuilt version. the page seems a bit incomplete when it comes to the io.
Hello Kate, and thank you for your question! Yes, the ports will be the same on this OMEN 35L Gaming Desktop GT16-0000t PC as on a prebuilt 35L. The only exception could be in the video outputs, as that depends on what GPU is being used. Those ports typically are 3 DisplayPorts and 1 HDMI for the 35L series though but there may be exceptions.
