I set it up but had to leave for a week because of work but knew there was a buzzing sound coming from the computer. With it's multiple fans, I thought it might be one of them and knew that they had an app that could adjust them. When I returned home, I continued the set up, transferring files from my old computer to the new one and now my wife is noticing the buzzing sound. I went into the app and tried multiple settings to get rid of the noise but to no avail. Called customer support and we went through a few things of the next couple of days. It was finally determined to send the computer in to the HP repair center and they have told me they can keep in fix the computer or send me one with the same specs. I opted for the later. I was told they had to clear it with some higher ups and they would get back to me the next day. I haven't heard anything for a while now as I sit here without a computer since mid-February and wait. The online chat crew I had were great but everything else has been a let down. I'll let you know how this computer is whenever I get it.

    does it have a DVD RW drive? If not, how can one be added?
