What a fantastic mchine. Love that I was able to customize this configuration so much. It runs ARC raiders buttery smooth at high settings in 4k with the Intel core i7 so that's great! Very happy with my purchase

Great computer, terrible customer service. So many errors and time wasted buying this...didn't arrive as promised before Christmas, shipped to the completely wrong address with no recourse (cost me $400 to reship it) and literally spent 40 hours in total hold time in the month of December trying to get this computer in time for my son for the holiday. Their only solution...was to offer my a MUCH lesser computer for the same price. They made so many promises they broke, it was shameful.

Not many people use hard disk drives these days. The design with the hard drive cage welded or riveted to the case would be a dealbreaker to me. Is the HDD cage detachable? The product description says nothing about it.
