Rated 1 out of 5 by Vietnam Tank Driver from HP makes products less flexible and more expensive. I ordered the Omen 16L computer only after 3 HP people I contacted said I could install my 3tb internal drive with my photos and videos from my old Envy 700-215xt desktop. When my friend came by to transfer the 3tb drive we found out no additional internal drive could be installed. When I called HP back, I was told only external drives could be added. Before this I had talked to 3 different people at HP. The end of the story is I sent back the $1,023 Omen computer to HP. In its place, I purchased a refurbished desktop computer from Comprenew, a non-profit firm in Grand Rapids MI for $230 and it has room for 2 additional internal drives and also has a built-in DVD RW drive. The Omen does not have that. I make up DVDs for my grandchildren. I had the Envy 700-215xt desktop since 2012 and only had to replace it because the windows 10 home software died.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bespoke moose from Worth it I wanted to build a pc but due to prices I was holding off but I saw the deal the site had and it was cheaper than building it so I ordered. It is such an awesome purchase. It runs cool and its super compact. Not mini itx but small! I paired the 8700f with the 9060xt 16gb 32gb ram and it runs just about everything at around 60fps 1440p with some tweaks. The build quality is also fantastic. Really clean too. The only negative is the limited upgrade path to more powerful gpus. The case size doesn’t allow for too large of a gpu and the motherboard I believe is proprietary limiting upgrades. Otherwise this a great pc! For context I’ve had this for a month.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ---------------------- from Not bad. Bought on sale and happy with what I got. I bought a mid-tier gaming PC. It was a RTX 5060. The price was right. Used it to play some of my Steam collection. The graphics were very nice. I played cyberpunk 2077, Witcher 3, and Warframe. Everything was on Ultra. It looks great. It's not a 4k image but 1080p is fine for me. It is pretty quiet. I'm happy with my purchase.

Since it is a customized computer maybe all the parts didn't work together. Customer service helped me, and I was able to get a different one which is working well so far.
