It's fine but for how long?
The 1K PS appears to be completely functional and all the modular wires and connectors were present. HP's Youtube instructions were invaluable in installing and appreciated. The reason I installed it is because the under spec'd/powered 800w original malfunctioned for 2 yrs. and then failed completely after only 3 yrs. The Omen is the first ready made pc I've bought in 30 yrs I didn't design and build myself the last one is 8 yrs. old & obsolete but still works. The one you built didn't so is the 1K PS ok yes it works but for how long? Next time you're not making my PC I'll pick the correct PS and save myself $320.
