Useless Without a Computer
This software was included with my HP computer that I ordered two weeks ago. If I had the computer, I might download the software. Apparently there is a back-to-school-induced shortage of computers these days.

Will never use this bloatware product
Ordered a new laptop several weeks ago and HP hasn't gotten around to producing it yet. They will load MacAfee on it and I will uninstall it before I use my laptop - should I ever receive it.

Obsessed!
I did much research and last minute I decided on the HP Spectre x360 full loaded over the Dell XPS! The things out there that say it may run hot are wrong! The battery life is great! Charges in 30 minutes to and hour and the design and capabilities speak for itself. Best device I’ve ever owned! Thank you HP!!!

Excessive wait time
Ordered laptop on Aug 5 and expected delivery date is September 8. It is for my sons freshman year in college. Expected less than a 2 week delivery. If I would have known it was going to be six weeks I would have chosen a different computer.

You get what you pay for.
Not as effective as Norton 360. I received this as a promotion from HP. Not pleased with it in the past, and am not going to use it. I have had great support and coverage with Norton 360 over the years. Staying with Norton. I would prefer to be given a choice of a 1-year subscription of Norton 360 or McAfee. This has no value to me. I would recommend HP all day long to clients and family. I cannot say that about McAfee.

Almost perfect
This is a great computer...with one flaw that's driving me crazy. There is this weird constant hum that only stops if the computer is turned off. Wish they could fix this so it is quieter.

All around great computer
This is my second spectre. I have a first generation and its about six years old and doing fine. Compareing the new one with the old one there has been many improvements in design and size. I love this little computer and how it operates and now Android and Windows are seamless working together with my Note 9 phone. Nice job on the new Spectre

This is my first computer. I am almost 60 and not tech savvy. My first HPi got, I returned to the store because it said it wasn't shut down correctly and refuse to come back online. I called customer service only to get a recording that I needed to go to the website. So I buy this computer and thinking I had a virus, o got the McAfee virus protection. I only have Netflix, Facebook, gmail and chrome on this computer, and I can't even get Netflix to work right!

I bought my hp laptop on Amazon 2 weeks ago.. it worked perfectly when i first opened it. I was able to purchase and download a Microsoft office package. However, the next day I went to use it; and thats when the trouble started. I'm unable to connect to the internet. The error message says driver or hardware problem. I tried several times to contact the support link... which consistently says they are experiencing problems; check back later. So i watched the reinstall driver video they offered. I followed the instructions and it still didn't work. I will be taking it to a computer reshop...smh

McAfee LiveSafe was installed on the new HP Slimline Computer I just bought on 9/14/2022. I inadvertently deleted it because I thought another security product was on my computer. But I wasn't. Now can you tell me how I can reinstall it?

I got the McAfee protector Livesafe with my new HP Laptop! On the Mfg.'s site the price for a year was $34 for a years licese, and you get a 5 Device License Serial Numbers in addadion! What's the difference here for the same protector?
