Awesome Headphones
These are beyond my wildest dreams! I’m stoked to start using them. The sound is incredible! My only thing is they don’t have a good lock in place, I keep have to adjust it back in place while I’m playing. Other than that these are awesome.

Quality. Way cheaper than most good headsets.

Great quality but hurts the ears a bit
The headset itself for sound quality and microphone quality is great. It does start to press a little hard though when I have to wear my glasses and after an hour of gaming my ears start to hurt. It would be great to figure out a way to have less "squeeze" directly where the arms for glasses sit behind the ears.

Super comfortable headphones worth the money.
The headphones are SUPER DUPER comfortable and not heavy at all!! The only thing is that I’m not used to long chords so I have to keep reminding myself not to run over the chord with my chair. But that is only mildly annoying, not really a big deal. Super satisfied.

We bought this for use with an Xbox One. The sound quality was terrible and it was not very compatible. It may be better with different platforms but not this one. They shouldn’t advertise that it works with this system.

Incompatible with Windows 10, despite the website and marketing saying otherwise. Would never recommend a HyperX Cloud II to anyone. Buy from an honest, reputable brand instead if you're looking for a $50-100 headset.

Very comfortable but a little lacking
The heatset's earpads are very comfortable and the audio adjustment piece is very handy, as
well as the mic audio being very clear. But the 7.1 audio in the adjustment system part doesn't seem
to make it feel like surround sound. Maybe try adding some software to adjust a feature like this
and the plug in mic plug is little loose when connected the the headset and the material covering it
seems to be scrunching, creating a hump over the mic cord piece. But the headset is very nice and I
would buy another if this pair were to break!

Removable mic is very useful
I bought the headset two months ago and it is very durable and comfortable with amazing
sound quality. There is a small rubber piece that covers the hole for the microphone that can be
lost easily tho.

Great Buy
I bought this a few months back after a recommendation from a friend. I wish it were
wireless, with the USB adapter it creates a lot of slack for me (I sit next to my PC so I only need
a short connection from headset to PC.) and I find myself either a) getting wrapped up in a cord
somehow or b) rolling my chair on my cord. Other than that it is a GREAT choice for a headset. I
feel like I’m in my own world when using it. The mic is removable so you can use just the
headphones if you want too. Plus, I really feel like I’m getting my money’s worth.

Disappointing Performance
The audio control board for the Cloud II has been changed from analog to digital. I suppose
this is good for people who only want to plug in one USB cable instead of two analog (mic/headset)
wires to their computer. The disadvantage is that the HyperX digital audio overrides the audio
system in the computer and effectively disables all the equalizers and audio effects that might be
generated on a native sound card. The headset audio sounds acceptable in the 7.1 audio mode, but the
old analog sound card was vastly superior at reproducing what my computer sound card generates.

A good headset
I have had the headset for about 6 months. The sound quality is what I was looking for. And
I got it. I have had problems with it glitching out one a few occasions, a simple unplug replug
fixed it

Best heasdet ive owned
I got a pair of these a while back and they were really nice and i used them for a long time
untill eventually (i believe) a wire must have broke and the sound would only come out one side and
the microphone didnt work anymore. After a month or so of looking at and trying different stuff i
couldnt find a good reason to not just buy annother pair. Theyve been incredible quality for both
gaming and music. The microphone also is way better than what my roommates have on their laptops
heh.

Generally good, few issues
My first headset, and almost everything's great, but one issue: the microphone setting. The
headset tries to make you use their in-built mic settings, not the system ones. However, the maximum
volume it goes to is extremely low, which made me have to use a bunch of workarounds to increase it
to audible levels. Otherwise it's very comfy, although my hair looks a bit messy after taking it off

Rock Solid Headset
Great headset, plug and play. My only critique is the cushions that come on the headphones
are not nearly as comfortable as the ones that come with it. The ones that come on it are noise
cancellation, the ones that come with it are more open air and are WAY more comfortable.

Great sound, weird microphone
I bought these quite a long time ago. The sound quality is very good. However the mic is
very quiet, and picks up a local radio station that everyone else that I'm talking to can hear. This
is incredibly annoying since they have to turn me up to hear me because the mic is so. Quiet. You
should get a different mic if you get this head set.

Very Durable
I am not the gentlest person with my headsets, they usually break within a year. This one
that I've had for probably around a year has shown no signs of breaking. Not to mention the quality
of the sound and mic, they are better than most headsets that you find anywhere else.
