    Rated 1 out of 5 by CJ Chapman from FEDEX is horrible! This was, by far, the worst shipping experience I've ever had. First, FEDEX delivered it to the wrong address, so I had to order a new one. For the second delivery, I confirmed that it was to be delivered at the local FEDEX store. I received my first message that it was going to be delivered on Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday, etc. Finally, it was delivered at my home, not the FEDEX office, on Tuesday. No signature required! It was repackaged in a FEDEX box, rather sloppily. (Not sure what that was all about.) Nothing in the box but the computer and power cord. I had expected at least a "Thank you for buying HP" or something. Made me very nervous. It sat on my floor for two days until HP assured me Nobody was in charge. HP pointed their finger at FEDEX and FEDEX revealed nothing. BTW...the computer has met expectations. I've always had HP equipment in my office. Next time? Who knows. The woman who took my initial order exceeded my expectations. Deserves 5 stars.

My last Tower lasted 17 years, so I didn't think twice about purchasing this one. The only thing that I'm not overly interested in was Wolf protection. I have a lifetime protection program that I prefer to use. So I didn't download Wolf!

The second one I got seems to be OK runs decent speeds 32 gigs of RAM no freezing seems to be average. OK computer I wish the mouse and keyboard were beefier

It’s been a few years since I bought a new desktop, and I wasn’t aware of the different video cables needed for this pc. The support is another thing. I have been trying to register this pic for over a month. I enter my serial number and it tells me that it is not a valid number. There is no contact phone number on the website and their Facebook page is worthless.

I spent 1-1/2 hours on the phone with HP to attempt a return and replacement. But, after all that time, I was not able to speak with anyone that could help me. They kept transferring me to incorrect departments, necessitating a complete explanation of my problem again and again. Plus it is very evident that HP has outsourced their work as evidenced by the lack of English speaking “employees “. I also tried to accomplish my return on their website next and it would repeatedly claim that my serial number was invalid. It is not, as it is on my packing list, my invoice and on the computer itself. My typing of the serial number was accurate, they are in error. I am very frustrated. I am going to attempt this again tomorrow.
