It's Decent
Basic monitor, decent for home use as secondary screen for a laptop. Nice size and lightweight. But doesn't have the most adjustable settings. Text seems a bit pixelated sometimes. Prefer the curved display I purchased for my office a few years back, but they don't make that model anymore.

I would not buy it if it was disclosed that stand is not adjustable; otherwise the monitors are good.

I’m out $400 and don’t have any monitors
I purchased this as a bundle of 2 monitors, which arrived quickly. However, upon setting them up I noticed a discrepancy in the colors displayed. I tried factory resetting, yet it remained. It was as if one were cool toned and the other warm toned. I called support and they could not determine which was the correct color and suggested exchanging both, assuring me they were available. One would think if an exchange is set up, the stock would be held to complete the exchange, but it wasn’t. Upon seeing that my return arrived back to HP, I waited a few days and didn’t get anything about the new shipment. I was told they may take up to 10 days to assess my return and agree that they need to be replaced and we’re not damaged by me.
Now, I have an email that my order was cancelled at $0, and HP is claiming they returned the full amount to my payment method. Two problems with this 1. I should have monitors, but they said they are out of stock of this model now. 2. it was a gift card that once spent was tossed, so I no longer have it, and I have spoken with 4 representatives over the last 3 days who repeatedly tell me I should call my bank to get my money transferred to a new card. It took 10 minutes to explain to one individual that while it states I paid with a Mastercard, this was a gift card.
The latest message left on my vm from a manager there told me again I should talk to my bank to get this money moved to my bank or go to merchant where it was purchased to ask for a replacement. This is not how gift cards work. I don’t have the card number to even attempt this.
I called again after that message and reiterated to the 4th person that this was a gift card, amazingly she understood what a gift card is, but had to get management involved to find a resolution.
So, I’m out $400 and have no monitors. The customer service is disappointing to say the least. If you make a purchase on a gift card, hold onto it until you are sure everything has arrived and is fully functional.

27" monitors are the way to go
I previously had one 25" monitor but wanted something a little bit bigger and 2" makes all the difference. Having two 27" monitors makes working at home bearable. The pixels are great, colors are vivid and I love the silver finish.

How do I connect two HP monitors to the main HP computer
Hello. Thanks for your question. First, you would need to know what video ports are on your HP computer. Once you know that, you would know which video ports you should be looking for in a monitor. This HP monitor has 1 DisplayPort and 1 HDMI port. Just to give you an idea of how it works with two monitors. You would connect the 1st monitor to the computer with the HDMI cable. The 2nd monitor would connect to the DisplayPort port on the computer. Does this work with any hp laptop? I have a HP pavilion 15 laptop.
Thank you for your question! This HP V27i G5 FHD Monitor will be compatible with any device that has DisplayPort of HDMI. As most laptops have HDMI, you will be good to go. It is impossible to know without the product number or model number of the laptop, however. If you would like to know with certainty, please resubmit your question with the product number of the laptop. The product number will be located on the bottom of the laptop.

Is there a compatible sound bar that can be used with these monitors?
Most monitors do not have built-in speakers and like this monitor do not have the ability to use something like an AUX cable to transmit sound to another device. It would depend more on the type of computer you have and the type of soundbar. Some soundbars even include HDMI pass through now that give you the ability to connect via HDMI to one of the HDMI inputs on the soundbar and then use a HDMI output from that soundbar to go into the monitor to allowing a higher frequency of sound from the computer.

I bought the HP V27i G5 FHD Monitor and the HP V27i FHD Monitors and have tried to connect them to the HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-ca1065m. I used the HP Universal USB-C Multiport Hub and one monitor will not display. What am I not doing?
