Good printer, horrible customer experience
Its a great compact printer that you can easily put away or leave out. But, the customer experience was awful. I was directed to another HP app based on the install instructions. It states you need a coaxialcable and you don't..installation guide was of NO HELP. It took 3 times to get it working. You need to be more CLEAR in your instructions..The chat was no help at all. I read that there was a bug for this printer with Mac IOS v10. You definitely need to install Mac IOS Big Sur in order for this to work. Horrible experience...

Amazing printer
Ive been wanting a smaller printer to help save desk space and when i saw this one being compatible with Alexa, i just had to get it. The only issues with this computer i can find at all is because its supposed to be small and portible, it doesnt print duplex. If you want to print on both sides of the paper, you will have to put the page in manually after it comes out the first time. Also, if you like to keep it closed, you will not be able to print unless you leave the cover out and the top open which destroys the purpose of the minimalist look. So if youre away keep it open if you want to print, but if youre home, you can close it up and open it when you are ready to print.

Not quite what I was expecting.
I love how dmall and lightweight this printer is. But I also wanted a printer that also had the capabilities of copying and scanning. This is what was advertised with this printer. I should have read closer because it does do these things, but only through your phone. The quality is not quite the same. Lesson learned.

Misleading
I just received the printer today and was setting it up with the up smart app. The info on your website says it will print, scan, copy. It will not scan or copy. Very disappointed, will probably send it back and buy something else. Had an envy 110 which I liked, but it quit printing the black ink and that is the reason I bought the Tango.

So frustrated, so much wasted time
I tried to set up my new printer for 7 hours and was unsuccessful. I tried again for two hours without success so I called the chat help line and spent over 1 1/2 hours and they were unsuccessful so I’m extremely frustrated and I want to return it. Also the cable to the ink cartridge on the right is bent and attached wrong so that could be the problem. When the box arrived it looked as though someone had peed on it and then left it in the sun to dry so I can’t use it to return this little piece of crap. It’s totally useless if I can’t use it and I couldn’t even print a test page.

Functional and looks good, too small cartridges
Looks great, works good, couple of quality of life issues.
The design on this thing is beautiful. I only wanted a small printer for occasional tasks like tax returns and other paperwork, so this is compact when it's out, and easy to pack away in its box when not.
The Wi-Fi printing works surprisingly smoothly from both my Android phone and Macbook (it supports Airprint).
I printed documents on letter-sized pages, and photos on 4x6 photo paper. Both usually printed without issues, although it did once pick up multiple pages at once and mess up the print.
My biggest issue with it is that it uses tiny cartridges. Printing a 150 page document, I had to pause halfway through and wait for more ink to arrive. The starter cartridge in the new printer is even smaller than the standard cartridge the printer takes, so after waiting a week for the printer to arrive, I had to wait another 10 days for a new cartridge to arrive.
The instant ink program seems awesome though - especially the free photo printing promo. I'm going to print so many photos, and send them to all my friends!

Can't remotely print. Constantly loses internet.
Printer constantly disconnects from internet. I have tried both my networks. Pretty much useless to remotely print. Can only be used as a local printer.

Petit printer
It took a while to set up--needed help from the HP chat service which thankfully was able to get through the process (for MacOS). Once done, the other devices in my home connected easily and printing works fine. I have not yet tried the scan app for the phone.

has software been improved since original introduction? I own an older Tango and have had recurring issues with maintenance of internet connectivity. I utilize my PC for most printing jobs and have the HP app. Many episodes of many lights blinking
