Not for me
I bought this printer 2 weeks ago and already replaced it. It was advertised as an all-in-one but it's only a printer. But the worst part is it doesn't work worth a darn on a WiFi Hotspot. The printer is wireless only and I have 3 hotspots I use and every time I switch I have to reinstall the drivers. It was supposed to have a direct mode but I couldn't make it work.

Hoping this will save money on INK
Recently bought a B/W Laser printer. However, still have the need to print color document or photos on occasion. What drew me to this particular printer was the HP Instant Ink program and the option to print on 4x6 photo paper and NOT have it count toward the monthly subscription limit. I have found that documents print quickly and reliably. Photo prints on 4x6 glossy prints come out the same in Auto or Best quality. Sharpness is just OK. Which is what I would expect from a printer with only a black and color cartridge. No individual or photo black cartridges here. I also find that 4x6 photo paper sometimes needs an assist in getting fed into the printer. On several occasions, the paper would not feed on its own and the printer went into an error state. Keep your expectations low and understand this is a "value' printer and you shouldn't be disappointed.

Returned this item. It was advertised as a print/copy/scanner. It is not a scanner, you
must have a smart phone to take a photo then send to the unit a print a copy.

Simple design and functionality
It’s very fast and has wonderful quality, simple compact and elegant to look at and the ink program is a great idea. The paper comes out jumbled and the loading paper amount is limited.

I love my HP Tango
I bought this printer a few day ago. So far, so good. Easy to install, compact, eficient, fast and smooth, it doesn't look like a regular printer, it comes with 2 cartridges 1 black and 1 tricolor, I subscribed to Instant Ink and i just received my welcome kit that included 2 cartridges1 black and 1 tricolor and a prepaid recycling envelope. I'm happy with my Tango!

Perfect print!
Absolutely love our Tango printer. 4 instead of 5 stars given because it tends to lose its connection to my desktop internet often and I have to reconnect it to print again. The customer service and helpdesk have been very polite and personable each time I have contacted them. I am overall completely satisfied and love the instant ink program that goes with the tango.

Overall good, needs better wireless connectivity
I bought this a couple weeks ago, for my home computer (Mac). It’s pretty easy to set up as it’s basically plug n play, using the hp smart app. My only problem is that it wouldn’t register on my desktop as a wireless printer (app was they my iPhone), so I had to restart, troubleshoot and download additional software, which was also pretty seamless. Now I have many items that stay queued, never knowing when the printer will reconnect again. I can’t troubleshoot because the app says the printer isn’t connected. I’ve restarted the printer to no avail.
When it works, it’s easy. When it doesn’t, I’m helpless.

A great home office tool
I am enrolled full-time as a student and all my coursework is done remotely due to COVID-19 restrictions. The HP Tango replaced my bulkier and less reliable HP Envy printer that into the trash after less than 200 print jobs. I chose to buy another HP product as the Tango appeared to be smaller, more attractive, and generally more reliable as I read the reviews. So far, it has certainly lived up to the favorable reviews. Additionally, I love the free HP Instant Ink promotion for three months.

Love the convenience
I bought the HP Tango printer a few weeks ago. So far works great and the set up was easy. Just install the Hp smart app and follow the prompts. The main reason I’m only giving 3 stars is that from the app, it’s extremely difficult to actually speak to a person or chat with a human, and when I printed a document that I had taken a picture of (that’s how you scan), it printed with a boarder all around. I tried to find out how to print documents boarderless, but according to the AÍ chat, it does not seempossible. It’s also a little slower to print than my previous Hp printer which broke down . On the pro side, which I have not had the opportunity to try, one can
print endless 5”x7” pics at no additional
charge. I’ll definitely be trying that feature soon
after a trip. Other pros, is the size. It’s stylish enough to leave out and small enough to fit in most cabinets. Also, automatically goes on by itself when you print and other family devices automatically pick up on it and can print directly from their device.

A great printer and ink program!
My wife found this HP Tango printer she wanted. It works very well, prints great documents and photos and the icing on the cake is their Instant Ink program. The ink program automatically sends ink to your address and is monitored by the printer itself. It's a small monthly cost to participate and it's much more affordable than buying ink cartridges on your own. It's also less expensive than refilling cartridges. A great deal all around! One of our reservations with these ink printers is the cost of replacement ink. It's normally so expensive. The Instant Ink program is a wonderful idea and we'll stick with HP because of it.

Futuristic!

has software been improved since original introduction? I own an older Tango and have had recurring issues with maintenance of internet connectivity. I utilize my PC for most printing jobs and have the HP app. Many episodes of many lights blinking
