Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Spectre 360 Good Laptop Design and Build The slim design, and clean design is good. I do like the fact that the pen attaches magnetically to the laptop is a plus. The 2-in-1 hinge is smooth and allows switching between laptop and tablet modes easily. One big complaint however is that fact that my previous Spectre 360 allowed for SD slot. This one does not --- not happy. Display The 14” touchscreen is crisp and vibrant. Colors pop and text looks sharp, whether I'm browsing or streaming. Performance Fast performance, powers up quickly and performs my day-to-day work well whether I'm browsing, creating documents, recording how-to videos, and streaming. Battery Life Battery is okay, does get me through workday okay also depends on my power settings as well. Keyboard and Track-pad The keyboard is okay, my prior Spectre 360 (5 years old) had a much more comfortable feel. I do like that the touch-pad is larger and more responsive though. • Pros: Attractive design, vivid display, flexible 2-in-1 form factor • Cons: Keyboard a little cramped and key touch a little clunky Overall, the HP Spectre x360 14” is a good laptop with HP name and reputation. I'm satisfied.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Mark Arizona from No more HP for me Long story, I never received it, and trying to track it down was a nightmare. This would have been my 3rd HP laptop. HP's customer service is non existent, they do not care about the customer anymore, fortunately there are a lot of other quality computer manufactures.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from HP quality gone bad! The keyboard came with 2 keys with problems, I had many HPs in the past and was always happy but the quality seems to be forgotten by HP. Also the buying process was really bad, my order was cancelled for now reason and I had to place it again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Robert F T from HP Tech is Good and Service is Really Bad The laptop is what you would expect for a machine of this cost but the ordering process/customer service group is about as trash as you could imagine. From the various assurances, accommodations, and lies about the status of the order and delivery of the laptop, it exceeded anything I could imagine. I've never been more disappointed in the reliability and intelligence of a group and their sole intention seemed to be get waiting customers to go away by lying to them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Air Doug from Great computer with some annoying flaws I have used two Microsoft Surface computer for approximately 10 years, so that is the context for my review comments. Pros: I love the display. It is easy on the eye, has great resolution, and seems to adjust brightness just right without me being aware of it. There are no flicker problems like with the Surface Pro. Unlocking is very quick and accurate using the face or fingerprint recognition. The keyboard has great keystroke feedback and makes touch keying fast. The computer is fast, plenty fast for the web browsing etc. that I do. I don't notice fan noise. It may be there but I have never thought to listen or notice, so it must be pretty quiet. The touch pad is large. Battery life is good. Cons: I don't like that the cursor disappears and the touch screen capability disappears pretty often. I should say that more than once is pretty often, considered that it never happened at all in 10 years with the Surface Pros. I haven't figured out what triggers it. It may happen a couple of times in a day, or not for several days. I have to close the computer and reopen it, or once I had to restart it. Also, the text suggestion popup is a complete pain in the rear. It pops up for most of what you are typing. If you want to use one of the three suggestions, you have to select it with the cursor instead of just offering one suggestion that you can select with Tab or Enter. Then, if you move the cursor to another spot to edit, etc. without selecting one of the suggested words, you can't move the cursor/insertion point back to continue typing. The popup demands that you select one of its suggestions before you can keep typing. You have to put the cursor somewhere else to get the popup to disappear, then move the cursor to the end of the text to continue typing. I turned off the text suggestion because it is such a pain. The case is slippery so it can be a challenge to open the computer. I would have liked a USB A port. It pushes you to use Microsoft Edge. The HP Command Center pops up to encourage you to take a break from using the computer, so you have to interrupt whatever it is that you are doing to dismiss it. It times you even if the computer is sitting there and you are doing something else.
