Great PC, but
I love the PC, however, it's very frustrating that I can't locate the product key for it. Also, there is no guidance on creating a recovery USB.

Nice PC
So far I am really happy with my purchase. The PC is very quiet and fast. My previous PC was an HP and it lasted 10 yrs and I feel like I definitely got my money’s worth.

Perfect PC small fotm
I love this nice compact PC for my kitchen. I use it to power my internet connection for MilB and MLB games and then to switch to the cable for the rest. It is connected to my HP 27” monitor. Great setup

Slim Desktop serves the needs of the Home/Office
Desktop replaces my 8 Y/O HP pavilion windows 7 desktop. Forced by Microsoft dropping support for windows 7 to purchase the new unit. Had small issues with the lack of specific documentation on the ports (eg; is it an HDMI 1.4 or 2.0?; are the USB ports C level? and stuff like that). HP could do better is documenting the specific machine and not the generic model. Windows 11 seems to be built primarily for Microsoft to create a locked down user/subscriber. It is remarkably cumbersome compared to Win 7. The physical computer is fine -- light weight (not that I go around picking up a desktop unit, ports work well except the HDMI port was a bit fussy . All in all the slim desktop will serve the needs of most home/office types like myself. Can't speak about gamers authoritatively though but it should be sufficient. It would be nice if HP had an easy to find customer support human to answer questions.

Ordered and received desktop in a week which was quicker than quoted. Easy set up to start using. I do have a complaint. When downloading documents from old PC they were saved on Microsoft One Drive. I quickly ran out of space on One Drive. Received notification I needed to purchase additional space. One Drive should be an option not the default, without prior knowledge. There was no information telling me this fact.

Mixed bag
The HP kicked several of my functions and software and really messed me up. Took lots of extra time to work with IT consultants for repairs and new uploads and installations. The Windows 11 is not compatible with all software and apps I use and HP should have alerted me about this before pushing the so-called upgrade.

Perfect configuration and size
A slim or mini-tower box was the configuration I needed to put my PC into a cabinet in my desk, but I still wanted some horsepower, such as 16GB of memory, a 1TB SSD, and slots so I could add a 2nd SSD. This computer had exactly what I needed. I was a bit concerned about the power supply being able to drive the 2 SSDs and the 4 USB devices drawing power from the USB slots, but so far it's working perfectly. Having a 2nd M.2 port that would accommodate 2280 form factor SSDs would have been a bonus, but by using the PCIe x 16 slot to add a PCIe-to-M.2 adapter I could accomplish what I needed (though that does eliminate the one slot I'd need to add a GPU, but that's not a priority for me as I don't use this PC for gaming).
So far performance has been astounding -- quick initial boot, quick application load -- thanks to the SSD. My prior PC was an HP Pavilion and I got a lot of good years out of it, so replacing it with another HP device made sense, and I think it was a smart move.

Not a bad desktop. Just not as fast as I expected. Considering the price a fair deal.

So far so good
So far so good… I received the slim tower last week so far it seems to be working trouble free. I had to replace my old HP purchased through Sams club after sending it in for repairs 2 times. In my book that’s when it’s time to replace it.

Great PC
I have been using this PC for about two weeks and it has been great. It boots up quickly and is super quite. While it does lack a DVD and an SD card reader I purchased those separately and plug them in as needed. This PC is a great value when it’s on sale.

Like the Slim part of the desktop but it does not give me all of the ports of a regular size desktop. The old saying, "You get what you pay for".

Unhappy about the Microsoft Software
Microsoft has my computer hostage. I was unable t o open my new computer as I don't have text/cell coverage in the Rocky Mountains. had to pay Estes Park Computer $170.00 to bypass Microsoft demanding I open an account with them. I should have a choice and I don't.
