Fast and Secure
Nice machine. Fast and secure, but...
It's been a few years since I set up a replacement computer, but I don't remember having to fix so many finicky issues. After a couple weeks, I finally figured out how to get the function keys to work as the function number, rather than the hot key.
The HP Wolf Security gives me comfort, but every time I open a file from my old computer, it quarantines it, so I have to remove the protection the first time I open an old file and there is no help to show how I could do this en masse for all my old files.
It would have been nice to include Office for Work and Home, rather than 365. I refuse to pay a subscription fee that will add up to more than the cost of the non-subscription Office in a year or so.
I can't adjust the height of the taskbar - something I have always done on my computers.
All-in-all, I am getting used to this new unit and am starting to like it, in spite of these issues.

HP ProBook 450 G10
I purchased the HP ProBook 450 G10 three weeks ago. It was delivered on time. The price was just right during Black Friday sale. The performances so far seem to meet the specifications. It started w/o any glitches. The set-up was quick and straight forward.
I use it extensively for WORD/EXCEL/OUTLOOK/VISIO etc... and for such purposes it meets my expectations. When it comes to durability, only time will tell.

does the hp probook 450 g10 have fingerprint the non touch version

Microsoft at this time has not officially announced Windows 12 at this time and has not given information on system requirements. You can check the Microsoft website and look for announcements and the system requirement information from them.

Does this computer come w/a version of Windows Office and if so which one and what does it include? If not how do I get it? Also is it uprgaedable to a 1 tb drive for storage?
This HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC does not have Microsoft Office installed. Visit the Microsoft Store to purchase and download the desired Microsoft Office software.

I would like to set up a laptop (possibly probook 450 g10 i7) with a docking station running 3 QHD displays. Is this possible?

You have the option to use the HP Thunderbolt Dock 280W G4 w/Combo Cable or HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G4. Both docks have 1 HDMI port and 2 DisplayPorts.
The HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock has 2 DisplayPort 1.4 ports and 1 HDMI 2.0 port for 3 monitors. There is 1 front USB Type-C cable to connect to the host system (up to 65 W USB Power Delivery).
The HP Thunderbolt Dock 280W G4 w/Combo Cable option includes a Combo cable that provides up to 100W via USB-C alt mode. It also provides up to 230W to the computer via a 4.5mm barrel using the 280W power adapter.
You can show this HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G10 Notebook with any of the above options. The laptop requires 45 watts to charge.
