Arrived with Broken Display Screen
Received my computer with a broken display screen. It was pink, lines across the screen, and would glitch/distort images. Went to exchange and they were out of stock. Having to wait several weeks for them to be back in stock in order to exchange the computer then wait for shipping processes. Seemed like a good computer, just could not accurately see to give a review of the actual computer system. Many customizable settings upon start up!

Don't buy Care Pack Warranty
HP notebook is okay, but HP never registered the 3 year care pack I purchased. I paid over $100 for additional warranty and HP refuses to acknowledge it. Will buy elsewhere next time.

HP ProBook 450 G10
I purchased the HP ProBook 450 G10 three weeks ago. It was delivered on time. The price was just right during Black Friday sale. The performances so far seem to meet the specifications. It started w/o any glitches. The set-up was quick and straight forward.
I use it extensively for WORD/EXCEL/OUTLOOK/VISIO etc... and for such purposes it meets my expectations. When it comes to durability, only time will tell.

HP The Worst Customer Service Experiece Ever
It has been 10 days since is sent my new computer back because it was damaged in shipping. I still do not have one and do not know when I will get one. Solid laptop but read the specs before ordering ready to ship models
Good laptop for the price. Has all the basic features. 32gb ram and 1tb SSD are plus. But be aware or carefully review the specs on Ready ship models as Fingerprint scanner and IR camera (for facial reorganization) are optional.

Great Computer! Lousy Care Package registration.
Love the Probook 450! It's all that you've advertised! However, I must say the Website for registering the Care Package is a nightmare and should be fixed immediately. Worst startup process I've ever experienced. It lowers HP's Brand reputation rather than elevate it.

This machine worked excellently out of the box. It updated the bios firmware, the OS, and drivers. I got a good discount during a recent sales promotion plus a four year extended which was also discounted. The HP built-in utilities for security and performance is icing on the cake. This is the best bang-for-the buck HP device I have ever purchased.

Best Computer I've ever had
I wasn't in the market to purchase a new computer. I needed tech support for my old computer. While the agent (his name was Areeb) was solving my problem, he made me aware of the HP ProBook 450 that was on a great Black Friday sale. It was really more than I needed storage and memory wise, but I took a shot. I'm really happy I did. It handles so easily. Larger keys that light up when typing and it works very fast. I'm far from tech savvy, but easy to maneuver and navigate. I'm not the type to purchase an expensive item without seeing it first hand, but in this case it worked.

Touch screen not very useful
While this notebook has a touch screen, it is not detachable or folding. This diminishes the flexibility of the machine. However it has performed flawlessly so far and is a solid computer.

That would completely depend on what you are trying to do and the software you are using for it. You would want to check the system requirements from the developer's website that you would like to use and make sure a unit matches or is above the requirements for the setting you would like to run it on. Updates can change those requirements which can impact the settings you use or if you can use that software at all. If you want to edit standard video without special effects, you would often be looking for something with a processor that has more cores and if you want special effects something with a higher GPU. Having more RAM can help speed up the process further for rendering.
