Keep it simple
You guys that build these things understand all the terms and name when you write instructions. For those of us who don’t understand all the terms your instructions may as well be written in Swahili. Please write your instructions simply and use terms a names that make sense to someone who is not a computer geek.

Bad customer service
Whenypu buy a brand new computer, from a renowned corporation ypu expect a high quality product and an impeccable customer service. None of those criteriaare met by HP. Product came defective, RAM memory has issues that makes the system reboot infinite times.
When you call customer service, they transfer you to random departments, non related departments and to make things worse, every person who talks to you, barely speak english and are very rude. At the end, you get no option but to return the equipment and tell yourself, never again buy anything from HP
