Bad ordering policy
Wasn't happy that I couldn't stop my order even though I wanted to purchase a more expensive laptop. I tried to do this a few hours after placing my order. Also didn't appreciate that I would be charged $81 to return the laptop even though I would have purchased (exchanged) another.

Not happy
The minute I turned my laptop on it gave me error codes. They were unresolved after 2 hours on the phone with customer support. Now I have to send it in to be serviced when it is a BRAND NEW computer. I feel Hp should send me a brand new one and have to deal with the issues on this one.

Seems to be a nice Laptop.
Giving this is a gift for Christmas. I did set it up for them though. Setup was fairly straight forward however I do like it that Windows 11 forces you to create a Microsoft account. This should be a choice not a requirment. I knpw that is the operating system and not HP but I still don't like it.

Battery Life Poor
Laptop is OK other than battery life which is poor. I use for browsing the web primarily and no gaming or other power hungry apps. Battery lasts a few hours before requiring charging (which is fast)

HP Travel Laptop
My Travel Laptop has a HD and is setup for travel with my wife and and I in our motorhome. I have a MIFI that I use with it, that keeps me in touch with my accounts and updates me on news. Plus I can sort thru pictures and categorize them for future review. The laptop helps make the trip to be more organized and up to date on what is going on inthe world.

I was excited to receive my new HP laptop. Upon the initial setup, I received a notice:
“Battery Counterfeit Check Error. Non-HP Battery Detected…”
Of course, this was very alarming given I ordered a brand new laptop directly from the HP website. After the initial setup, the screen was dull and seemed slightly out of focus. Compared to my Dell I purchased over 5 years ago, it looked horrible. The return process was easy and the refund was issues in full quickly after I shipped it back. HP sent a prepaid return label. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend.

First bad experience wit HP
I had continuous black screen and other issues just running through the setup. Once I got through the issues, I asked HP to keep my ticket open a week to make sure all is good. No response to that, I received a separate email sayimg my ticket is closed. This is also the only laptop, out of my other four, that a plug and play mic/speaker doesn’t work on. So I'm not convinced the problems are over. Also, the part number on my order was different than part number on box I received. So I'm not even sure if it's the correct laptop.

WiFi connecting issues
The computer itself is fine. BUT it will not let me connect to my wireless HP printer. I have followed all the instructions and it still won't connect. Very frustrating. Computer is basically useless without a printer.

can you ad 2 monitors if you use a splitter
You can use a splitter, but it can degrade the quality of the pass through, and it will not separate the screens. The external would then be a mirror. The USB-C on the device does include 1.4 DisplayPort, so that would be another option for a second display that would not be a mirrored.

Does this laptop have an Ethernet connection?
As HP Support already stated, no it does not have an ethernet port. I have this very laptop. Just purchase a USB-C to Ethernet adapter. They're $20 or less. I've have zero issues doing this as an IT pro.
