Excellent Home Computer
Easy to set up and operate. Comes equipped with the new Windows 11 and it has an intuitive way of operation. Love the ease of opening and closing programs and if you have any questions, the software has links which will take you to short videos that show you step by step instructions on how to manipulate the new version of it.

I really like this new computer. My old one was hacked and there were tons of adult content ads that used to pop up. This computer starts up fast and the 27” screen seems a lot larger than my 24”.

Some things to note before buying
The description of the item is inconsistent - the general info says it has a Ti graphics card while it has non-Ti version of card inside (mentioned only in detailed description).
Also no distinct info that it is a touch screen item.
As for quality - light bleed on corners, mediocre sound, camera has to be manually taken out.
Good quality mouse and keyboard.

Gorgeous screen, good CPU
Great CPU, great display, OK GPU. I would have loved to see a 3060 or at least 3050 Ti in this chassis, but as a living room system for the wife and kids it's still a great machine and form factor.

Very exciting upgrade
Seamless ordering and delivery, set up was also easy to do. I really liked the keyboard, pleasantly surprised how smooth and easy to use it was. The screen is a revelation. As large as it is, it isn't ugly or obtrusive in my office. And graphics are perfection. I was hoping that the camera rose automatically, but it does not. I was hoping for more from the speaker also. The sound QUALITY is very good, but the volume is not what I expected. Even at a full volume it was hard to hear pianissimo classical music well. Also, certain conversations were not mixed well on the volume during movie playback (In-ear playback was fine of course). Overall a very good upgrade and I expect it to last as long as my HP laptop did which was 8 years!

My brand new desktop
It’s a very nice looking computer. I’ve only had it for a month and I’ve already had to call tech support. It seems like something has taken over my computer. The mouse clicks on different things by itself, websites pop up by themselves. They cleaned it and ran tests, nothing came up. It’s still doing it and is very annoying. Tempted to return it
