Get QHD display, since the FHD resolution does not work for this size screen.
Unfortunately, I made the mistake to select the regular FHD display instead of QHD. The resolution is way too low for this size screen. After looking at written text for two hours, I had a headache. The fonts are very pixelated. I had to return the product. With QHD, the computer would be great.

All in one white HP desktop
The product is beautiful, love the color, easy to set up just the right size 27 inches screen. I should got the 32 inch screen but it just right for my needs. I getting use to opening the start menu in the middle of the screen instead in the far left hand corner. Start up is fast, moving to search items also fast. Still exploring all the features microsoft applications, bing and Bluetooth capability, sync with my cell phone on the computer. Download software and warranty protection. Virus protection over rides and constant shutting off the computer to protection.

The HP Docking station is not compatible with this AIO. I need to additional monitors and there is no simple solution that I have found. I asked the agent about running two additional monitors before purchasing ... I was assured it would not be an issue.

Fast Speed
I bought the Pavilion 27 to get faster speed than my old HP all in one. This one does that and also provides updated format than the old one. I do have one complaint however.There is no printed information that comes with the computer that identifies the "programs" and hardware in the computer. This was all in the ad for the computer but I expected to see a printed document with that type of information come with the computer. At 85 years old, I prefer that old easy to find such info,

Great all-around performance.
Excellent performance, beautiful resolution, and amazing sound. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that HP has evidently moved away from their pop-up camera design, and you now have to pull up and push down the camera manually. This seems to be a recent transition, because even technical support was unaware of the change when I questioned it.

HP Pavillion 2000i AIO 27in desktop.
I purchased the HP Pavillion 2000i AIO 27in desktop. The screen is sharp and clear. Speed is good. Came with a wireless keyboard and mouse. Windows 11 home (but would have preferred Windows 11 professional). There is a 512gb SSD + a 1 tb drive that I use fro storing my documents and downloads. For ordinary office use this is a good choice.

Bought this All in One to replace a desktop that crashed and burned.It was not an HP. Went back with the HP and very happy. Easy set up. Very happy so far with this purchase and glad we went back to HP.

Great Computer
I love almost everything about my new HP All In One computer. Only one issue bothers me. I don't understand why the hard drive is separated into two drives. I would like to combine the "C" and "D" drives.
The computer itself is lightening fast and thus far I have had no issues with it other that the hard drive separation. I would like some help in combining the two drives.

hardware vs software!
I recently purchased an HP Pavilion 27-ca2025t AiO PC, 27", Intel® Core™ i5. From a hardware perspective I only bye HP desktops and am on my second laptop. The machines are dependable, durable and if configured properly are fast. This lates purchase was complicated by two things. First since I have a home office all of my desktops and laptops share files. This particular desktop came with Windows 11. Being able to accomplish file sharing just was not working the way Windows 10 functioned. I therefore turned to HP Technical support. After being on the phone for over six hours with three different technicians the last one informed me of the changes Microsoft made to file sharing in their latest operating system. The best part was he informed me that they are still not that familiar with the changes. This occurred after he made an enormous amount of changes and two Windows restorations and it still didn't work.
At this point I called sales support and explained the situation. The rep was very understanding especially after I informed her thta the machine was only a week out of the box. The result was HP is arranging a replacement machine since I explained I would never be able to undo all the chages made by three different techs.
As I mentioned I only bye HP and as the aforementioned attests to, their customer service is always top notch. My mistake was not realizing early on that technical support was at the bottom of the curve due to recent Microsoft changes to their operating system. Bottom line is in the long run HP is the way to go.
