Rated 4 out of 5 by George No from Bigger is better. All in one PC 315 is vast improvement over my previous unit. The 32" screen is easy to look at without squinting. I am having trouble starting computer after upgrades at night. I have had to call my son for help a few times already. Maybe there are instructions somewhere, but I can't find them.

Will revisit rating after the pc is repaired depending on how well it works afterward, but at best it will be 3 stars with how difficult it was to figure out how to get it fixed under warranty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by G. S. from New 4K Computer Works OK so far but 1 thing when it goes into screen saver it shuts off my app Lorex Cloud cams app. WHY, IT SHOULD NOT STOP AN APP. Make you restart an app is not right. Also, I don't see that much difference in the 4K and the 1080p disappointing for the money.

Unit was made in Thailand, shipped to China, then Japan, then to Oakland, California where it sat for over a week to clear customs. For fear that I would not receive the computer in a timely manner, I reluctantly cancelled the order.

Aside from this extraordinary delay in receiving the PC vs Order date, once I finally received the PC I was excited to receive. The size of the screen is probably a bit larger than I need (31.5"), but looking forward to years of service with it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Meg155 from No set-up instructions. The HP OmniStudio X is nice. The instructions and set-up is a guessing game. HP support is awful. I still don’t know how to register for a warranty. Software is intuitive but some settings were frustrating (one drive auto-populates the entire PC). No QR codes for guidance. Plan on a day to install and set-up. You’ll need a serial number to find an online manual.

Hello. Thanks for your question. The HP OmniStudio X All-in-One Desktop AI PC 31.5" (9S8V5AV_1) does not come with a built-in CD/DVD drive. If you need to use CDs or DVDs, you can opt for an external USB CD/DVD drive, which can be easily connected to the system.
