Omni OK/Printer Bad
I just purchased a new Desktop plus a 8130 printer together from HP Sales Dept.. Omni is working fine so far, However, I am having ALL types of issues with the 8130 jet printer. 1) all 4 ink catridridges were shipped with flaws ( had to wait multiple days for 2nd batch. 2) Print quality was poor. 3) Scan feature in the menu window DID NOT work at all! After cntacting customer support, they were little to No help. Now my new 8130 printer is Totally INOPERABLE. Do I get a refund or can someone correct this. Please help.

Great machine but adjustable height stand doesn’t latch properly.
PC is great! Very good quality display. Adjustable height stand is what I wanted but it won’t latch properly into the all-in-one. Two hours on the phone with 4 different HP support reps to no avail. Very frustrating.
