Larger Screen, better graphics
I had an HP Windows 10 and needed to upgrade to Windows 11. I also wanted something with a larger screen. I did some research and then called HP and the rep. was fantastic and helped me select and build by laptop over the phone. I used the PC mover through Laplink to transfer my files from my old PC to the new one and the rep for this was also fantastic and helped me transfer everything flawlessly. Now I'm in the process of learning my new laptop and all of it's new features. Love it !!!

From Windows 10 to Windows 11, I survived!
I must admit that I have been pleasantly surprised at the ease I have experienced transitioning from my old computer to this one. I waited until the last minute to get a new computer because I was not looking forward to the change. One of the nice things I have noticed is that my hp printer works better with my hp Windows 11 computer. There have been some minor adjustments, like adding an app that will play my external DVD player. As usual, there were way too many choices. I made sure the computer had an HDMI port as I show videos from my external DVD player to a TV at home or at our church.

HP OmniBook X is GREAT!!!
This 5 Star rating from me is no surprise on my part. I have been a HP customer for years. My last HP laptop still works (although slow) after 10 years and my other XP or windows 98 was an HP and I still have it and I bought around 2005, I can still fire it up if I had to. I needed a new computer and this one is great. I'm adjusting to windows 11 and I'm still trying to get my old Dymo label printer to work, not all things transferred over even with that program I purchased. I do like this lap top and I am very happy with it. Buying it directly from HP was a breeze.

Many positives!
It hasn't been the easiest transition to a new computer, at least for me. Many positives, but a definite learning curve. Repetition is a great teacher, so in the long run all will be well.
