Great lap top
Overall I really like my new lap top. The only thing I can say negative is the fact it does not come with any type of instructions on how to set up and use the computer. I had to call HP customer support to even set up the computer. I finally found a user manual on the HP web site to get the rest of the information regarding how to use the different functions. It seems no one wants to provide user manual anymore. For an elderly person (81 years young) who is not the most tech knowledgeable person already, it makes it difficult. Additionally, it took over two weeks to receive the computer and I was told I would have it by Christmas. I realize this was a FedEx shipping problem, but I think HP should be sure the customer will receive his computer by the given date. There should be consequences for the shipping company who cannot get any item by the proposed date. I have given only 4 stars due to this problem.

HP OMNIBOOK X
Set-up was not particularly easy - needed to purchase an HP Windows 11 Reset System Recovery disc to restore the original operating system that froze while starting. Spent 4 to 5 hours reinstalling the original software received with this PC. Additionally, the pre-installed AV program had to be removed to install my Norton AV suite of protections. All in all, it seems that this LT will ultimately be a fully functional personal computer.

Great PC!
I’m an architect and I travel a lot, so I was looking for a computer that could support all the programs I use for work and also has a big screen. This laptop works really well, and the battery lasts a long time.
Also, the sound is amazing!

I HATE THIS COMPUTER
I purchased this computer December 10. TWICE, it has frozen on me. I couldn't use my mouse; I couldn't use my fingers to scroll; I couldn't use the keyboard; I couldn't even use the Go To Control/Alt/Delete. Nothing!!! This computer wouldn't budge. The pointer was there with a little blue circle going round and round, which has been there since inception, wouldn't let me do anything. Had to contact the Help Desk. I've owned this computer less than a month!!! How do I get rid of this horrible computer. I am so, so disappointed. I have always used HPs. This is a Lemon Computer.
