HP is the worse computer supplier ever.
We bought a brand new computer. We never turned it on and decided to return it because it was too big (17") for what we are trying to do.
We tried to explain that to HP and return the laptop without a restocking fee but we got faced with a robot like responses and not human beings with flexibility and understanding of the problem at hand.
It is not worth it to buy anything from HP.

Using the HP OmniBoo
My experience with installing and initially using the HP OmniBook has been very good. The Backup and transfer procedure were very easy to follow. There were a few apps that had to be installed, but otherwise I was quite pleased

Awesome Laptop Computer
I purchased this laptop in December 2025 to replace my 8 year-old Dell laptop. I use this laptop for: email, tracking finances and taxes, planning travel, online purchases and reservations and managing the 1000 of photos that my wife and I take annually. The essential features for me were: 2 TB solid-state drive, backlit keyboard, number pad, HDMI port, multiple USB ports and a high definition, bright screen for accurate color representation for photo editing. So far I'm very happy with this purchase and the performance of the laptop.
The only challenging aspect was disabling the computer's desire to backup everything to Microsoft's OneDrive. This feature may be useful for some but I purchased the large capacity drive so I can manage all of my file locally. Once this was turned off, the computer's performance improved and it was more responsive with minimal or no lag time.

1. Auto Save in Office not necessary.
