However, every time I get on there are a million pop ups. I do not want to buy more HP products, I do not want to renew my MCcaffee....If there is something you think I need send me an e-mail. I am working....I do not want to sit and read through all of your pop ups to filter through the necessary. Honestly I do not look at any of them. I close them. Get them out of my way so I can work. If you send me an e-mail every now and then with options they would get more attention.

The laptop arrived wet in the corner where the laptop box had the most damage. Fortunately, over the 1 month we've used it, the laptop has worked great. Hopefully we won't have trouble in the future due to having gotten wet in it's transport and delivery.

I ordered this laptop on black Friday as a Christmas gift, with scheduled delivery date in the first week of December. At the time it was supposed to be delivered, I got an email indicating it was significantly delayed. I called and was told it would not arrive until after Christmas. During the course of hours of calls to customer service, I was offered inferior alternative computers that could be delivered earlier, or even to "hope for the best" that it might arrive on time. The week before Christmas I finally gave up, cancelled the order, then purchased an equivalent computer from Costco (which was delivered like 2 days later). Even after canceling the order HP proceeded with shipping the computer to my house, which I then had to decline receipt by the shipping company. Then I had to call back again to get my refund, even though I had cancelled the order directly with a manager. I will never again buy something from HP.
