Product review -
Has a touch screen - I didn't know that. 😘
Speakers are really bad. 😒
Lightweight and has a nice look. 😊
My mouse does not work most of the time. 😕
It is difficult to review this computer when I have been unsuccessful in setting it completely up, so I rarely get to use it - what a disappointment and such a waste of my hard-earned money 😡.
I purchased the 24/7 care pack so I would have tech support to help me set the computer up properly, but I find it odd I have no phone number to contact them. 😕
So, all things considered, even though I paid for tech support I really am unable to review a product that I can't figure out set up or how to use. 😁

New HP Laptop is great!
My wife's old laptop had Windows 10 and limited RAM so it was really slowing down as it aged. We went ahead and decided to get her a new HP model Omnibook5. It has much more power, Windows 11 installed and plenty of memory, too. I ordered everything via the HP CHAT window! The person who handled it was very pleasant, anwered all of my questions and took the order all in one session. I got a great price and the laptop was delivered in about one week. The set-up was easy, as it guided me through everything. I was able to transfer book marks and important files from the old one to the new one with ease. I had now issues getting her up and running the same day it arrived. I am very pleased with HP and the entire purchase process. I am NOT an HP Employee.

Problems going from one HP computer to another HP computer
Having a serious problem trying to add my printer. Been trying for quite some time and not adding that device. Discovered the printer was purchasing sometime in 2018 - but nothing wrong with it and working great (it is the HP ENVY 6200 photo series). I am very satisfied with this printer so would you please tell me a way to add the printer to this new HP computer that I now own. Have never had a problem before with what I needed as far as going to one HP computer to another as I have had this time. Would you help out so this can be resolved?

The PC arrived with a minor screen issue, a small peeling spot that's visible but doesn't currently affect functionality. However, I'm unsure if it might worsen over time, so I decided to let it go for now.
Later, I noticed a speaker issue. I suspected it might be driver-related, so I reinstalled the audio drivers, but the problem persisted. The glitch is brief, like a millisecond hiccup, similar to the sound of an old record skipping. I've tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but nothing has resolved it.
If the issue continues or worsens, I plan to use the warranty.

Screen is NOT OLED.
Item description is incorrect. Model 16af1037nr comes with an IPS display and not OLED as advertised. Interaction with support was poor and they never got back to me with a resolution after I provided multiple photos of the mistake. After I decided to return it, they claimed the specs of this model number were changed and I received the correct IPS display I ordered, although I have proof this product page always listed OLED touch and never IPS. At minimum, they should have offered to replace it with the OLED version that I ordered instead of a meager $25 credit, but I don't think the OLED version exists.
