Very good overall, but keyboard needs improvement.
It is a very good computer but still can be much better. The power button is just beside the delete button which makes it possible for accidental turn off. The keyboard buttons can be more softer and wider for better user experience.

Disappointing customer service
Have not been able to use this laptop to know how it performs because it arrived damaged. It was purchased as a Christmas gift and opened on 12/27. When the damage was found, HP was contacted the same day to initiate an exchange. Nothing was heard until pictures of the damage were requested 1/8 along with a return shipment label provided. Photos were emailed 1/9 and damaged laptop was given to FedEx the same day to return. According to tracking, the damaged laptop was delivered 1/13. Customer service was contacted 1/14 and said to wait 3-4 more days. As of 1/18, no information on a replacement device or refund has been provided.

I'm thrilled with my new laptop! I don't like things automatically being saved on cloud but figuring it out. I am so glad I paid for extra memory. So much better for business!

I’m impressed with this laptop. It’s fast, thin and light and the graphics on the 16 inch screen are really nice. WiFi 6 connectivity is an improvement over previous generations.
Setup was fairly simple and went quickly. After updating Windows 11 and removing a few pre-installed apps that I didn’t want or need, installing apps went quickly and smoothly as well. Those apps (MS-Office, Chrome browser, utilities, etc.) and the standard Windows apps open quickly, run fast and smooth and I have not crashed no matter how many windows are open.
Only criticism thus far is that it took longer than expected or initially promised to customize and ship and it would be nice if it had an Ethernet connection and an SD card slot.
I highly recommend this laptop.

That does depend on settings, type of programs you are running and other outside factors. For standard video playback you can get up to 16 hours and 45 minutes as an example. The battery can recharge up to 50% in 30 minutes.
