9025e Perfect for my Needs
This printer is everything I needed and wanted. In particular, it does a very nice job of scanning multiple, two sided documents in one pass (vs duplexing) with the automatic document feeder.

Printer for your active home office
This printer is all you can want. It scans, copies, prints (duplex also, from your remote device, phone, tablet,) and can fax. Speed is good. Ink is expensive, like on all printers. I have this printer replacing two other cheaper models that are nearly worn out.

HP Workhorse
Excellent product although the print quality is not quite as good as my old printer. I only choose HP printers due to their performance. The price was agreeable and HP sent the new printer in superior packaging with no issues. I had my last HP printer for 8-10 years and I hope for the same performance with this printer. That's what I call a Workhorse!!

Terrible got a new print and the blue cartridge won’t align. Hopefully they will send another one quick. My next print will definitely not be a HP. This is my 3rd one in three years. Not reliable and they break down. Not made to last

Disappointing Collection Tray on the 9025e - HP was "short sighted" Here!
The discharge tray on the 9025e is incredibly short. The paper comes out and shoots up. There is not even enough room for the sheet of paper to lay flat. I was very disappointed as I often print large documents. I thought there must be another tray that was available. I called HP and no luck. The tray that comes with the printer is it. This tray is very "short sighted" and can't imagine engineers designing something so dysfunctional. The printer seems to be fine otherwise. I was replacing another HP printer, so all else is no surprises. Can't believe HP would expect folks to use such a small and cheap tray. This needs to be redesigned and customers with this printer provided another tray at no cost.

Inefficient
I cannot imagine a design that requires restarting a printer after every rest period. It consumes time and is frustrating. The printer should wake up in response to a print job.

The HP Officejet Pro 9025e that I purchased through the HP Store does work fine for my expectations with ONE EXCEPTION. The catch tray for printed material is not long enough to catch a regular size multi-use paper. A single page hangs over the slanted paper stop about two inches. If you have a six page document the fifth and sixth page will definitely be on the floor. Maybe even the fourth page! The manufacturing team needs to realize that while the new technology in the Printers CPU id good they also have to look at the overall design of the printer to keep up with the demand they have allowed from within. The existing tray is too flimsy to hold any amount of weight and IT IS TOO SHORT FOR STANDARD SIZE PAPER!

Took a beating and kept on printing
I print a lot and the printers die or don't print in the best quality after a couple of years. I had a laser printer before and discovered I couldn't afford a laser printer. Officejet Pro and I have been partners for many years. The instant ink program works very well for me. I also have a HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e and both printers use the same ink which is a plus for me

Step Back in Time
I bought this to replace my 6620 and it doesn't compare. It does not collate from the copy machine and has a number of other back in time clunky features that make me highly disappointed. I would trade it in if I thought I could. It does the job though and prints super fast that's why it got two and not one.

I really like the printer multifunction machine however I can’t be anything but disappointed that I had to buy this replacement 14 months after I purchased the first one! The representative did what he could to help me with troubleshooting but he said my printer was suffering from the blue screen of death and the only resolution was to purchase a new one of which he was not allowed to provide me with a discount even though I was so disappointed that the first one lasted so little for one of the upper end home business machines . My 3 star review mostly represents my disappointment in the longevity of the first printer

Difficult setup
Printer seems to work fine. Setup is frustrating. Everything needs to be done through a WiFi connection and if you have it direct wired it won’t properly set up. After you set it up you can go back to wired but still seems to be fighting itself internally.

This all-in-one printer has all the features I wanted or need at a reasonable cost. Go on-line and read the specs and I'm sure you too will be impressed with the fast and quiet scanning, fax, email, and printing capabilities along with two separate trays for plain and photo paper (or envelopes) in a variety of sizes.
