Quality product; excellent staff support
Different specialists worked with us to explain and facilitate our transaction. Once our printer arrived, 2 women worked tirelessly with us to help get our printer aligned with our wireless wi fi system, no small task. All of the staff we worked with were most patieneet, which was greatly appreciated and needed.

Becareful with Refurbished items.
Took me two weeks before I was able to start using my printer. With the new HP printers, they require specialized ink cartridges to the alignment. Because I purchased a refurbished item, they didn't send it to me. I had to call HP three times to try and get it fixed, and ultimately had to go to Youtube to find a workaround.

Wrong model?
The Bluetooth on this actually shows it as being a differant model than what I purchased and makes me feel like hp was mixing and matching parts. It works fine just not sure it’s actually what it’s listed as or described to be.

HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e does the job
I've always preferred HP for my home office. This model does double sided scanning and copying, which is essential for my needs. The HP Instant Ink is great. Quality Control not good
Received the 1st printer and it doesn't recognize the HP cartridges sent with the printer. Sent back and they are refunding. I wish they could just send out a new one right away without having to process a return and ordering a new one!

I highly recommend the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e. The Printer was easy to install. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now, and, it’s easy to use. I followed the start up procedures provided, and, 🎊 it worked first try. It is quiet and, fast. I print regularly from iPhone, iPad, MacBook Air, and, a PC. I also scan on a regular basis.
The scan functional part of HP Smart takes a little practice, but, once understood, it’s easy.

Good Printer, but could be better
I purchased this printer brand new from HP online. Packaged nice & instructions easy. However, with the ink cartridges, they kept popping back out as soon as I inserted them. Each one of them did this. They are supposed to 'click' into place, but I never heard a click. I pushed them in as firmly as I could. Could not get them to stay in place. I finally called HP support. She was very nice. Had me try to insert each one again, but even she could hear them pop out over the phone. She told me it would be exchanged for another new one & transferred me to their Sales Dept. He immediately processed a return/exchange order. I was grateful for both of their excellent help. I received my new printer quickly. With this new printer, 2 of the ink cartridges did pop out upon insertion, but I was able to re-insert them and they stayed in. I was very relieved. I never had this problem with my previous HP printer. You could hear them click into place and they stayed. Never, ever popped out. Don't know if there was a design change or what, but wish they were as before. I hope I do not have to changed cartridges too often.

it came with a bad black cartridge. and took me a while to find a phone number to call, but finally did. then they came on my computer and helped me get the printer set up.. Black cartridge is in there working, so guess it was a problem with printer and set up. But working okay now. I wish there was a way to scan multiple photos at a time, but apparently not.

WI-Fi not its strongest feature
Wi-fi is and was difficult to set up. Not sure why it does not always allow printing off my PC. Spent 2 hours getting WI-FI to work, maybe. Seeking service online via 123.HP.com was a mistake, a hacker has a clever way to disguise themselves as HP Help., be aware.

I got this printer for my daughter because it was advertised as all in one, and she could print photos too, but she can't figure out how to print photos.

Can the printer accept A4 size paper for scanning?
Thank you for the question. Yes. A4 is 8.27 inches × 11.7 inches The OfficeJet Pro 9000 series printers will scan up to 8.5 x 14-inch pages using the automatic document feeder and up to 8.5 x 11.7-inch pages on the glass (flatbed).

Will the printer print PDF files that are located on a USB Thumb Drive using the front USB port on the left side of the printer? What file formats will it print, using this port. This is not the rear USB connection port, but the front left USB port.
Hey, Tier Level 3 support says PDF from the front USB port is not supported. Only Image file formats like JPG, BMP, TIFF and PNG.
I just confirmed this and it will NOT print PDF files from a USB Flash Drive.
