great pictures. but the panel is very hard for me to read. small text. soft fingers make it a bit hard to select. and the printer is connected to the web but i cant seem to get the instant ink. looks like yellow is almost gone already. and no fax speed dial on the computer like on my 8600

Outstanding quality of everything this printer can do
Researched several different sites for reviews on the best all in one printers. Finally went with NY Times' Wirecutter review on the Pro 9015e. I was not disappointed and am very glad I made this purchase. :-)

Kudos to the Our New HP Printer
In almost two weeks, the HP OfficeJet pro 9015e has performed better than any previous printers we have used. A huge plus is the clean footprint with only one cord (powercord). I am planning to recommend this machine to a friend who is looking for a sturdy, efficient home business printer.

MY NEW HP 9010
The printer is fast and IT responds to my wireless signal effortlessly. From time to time, my old 8710 gave me trouble, thus is why I needed a new HP printer. My only concern is where the paper comes out after printing. The tray that holds the printed work is slightly shorter than my 8710 and I can't extend the tray any further. Can anyone help me with this?

Refurb Maybe Not the Way to Go
I’ve had a number of HP printers, this is my first refurb and it’s a model I already have and am happy with. It looked new upon unpacking, but then the trouble began. First, the paper feed didn’t work. After wasting a lot of time, I found a video that explained there was something called a “paper path cover.” Sure enough it was dislodged and disassembled within the printer. Could that happen during shipping? Perhaps. That became an easy fix. Second, upon unpacking, a piece of the top return tray was not attached. I noticed the reason was because its plastic connectors were broken — this does not look like something that could happen during shipping, so it seems that was how they sent it. Anyway, I tried to contact HP to see what they will do (if anything) about the broken part, but they have very limited online support options, and their chat tool isn’t working. I may simply decide to return the whole printer within the 30 day window.

I asked to have it shipped in a ups box. But it shipped showing what wS inside.. very disappointed..

Bad photo printing
Threw out my Envy 7640 as it could not print any photo any bigger than 5x7 without big streaks across the the picture, despite multiple maintenance efforts and wasted(!) new cartridges.
Now I find out two things: my new Office Jet 9015 e does NOT have a photo tray, which is a huge inconvenience, and the printing of photos bigger than 5x7 is just as bad as with the Envy 7640, streaking all over the place, in a new machine! Very disappointed. And given the fact that the Envy 7640 now sells refurbished on the secondary market for over $300 and the 0ffice Jet 9015 e was not exactly cheap either, I consider this purchase somewhat of a bust.

Can the printer accept A4 size paper for scanning?
Thank you for the question. Yes. A4 is 8.27 inches × 11.7 inches The OfficeJet Pro 9000 series printers will scan up to 8.5 x 14-inch pages using the automatic document feeder and up to 8.5 x 11.7-inch pages on the glass (flatbed).

Will the printer print PDF files that are located on a USB Thumb Drive using the front USB port on the left side of the printer? What file formats will it print, using this port. This is not the rear USB connection port, but the front left USB port.
Hey, Tier Level 3 support says PDF from the front USB port is not supported. Only Image file formats like JPG, BMP, TIFF and PNG.
I just confirmed this and it will NOT print PDF files from a USB Flash Drive.
